KRLAO Topwater Frog Lures Kit — 5-Pack 3.5" Realistic Floating Swimbaits with Weedless Double-Barb Hooks

These KRLAO topwater frog lures are a 5-piece kit of realistic, floating soft swimbaits built to imitate surface frogs and trigger strikes from bass, trout and other freshwater predators.

Whether you fish dense weedbeds, lily pads, or open flats, this set combines lifelike PVC bodies, rotating prop feet and a weedless, double-barbed hook system to present a durable, visible target on the surface. Each frog measures about 3.5 inches and balances buoyancy with a built-in lead sinker so it rides high until a strike pulls the body down and exposes the hooks. The design focuses on realistic profile, 3D eyes and flexible material to tempt cautious and aggressive fish alike.

How do these frogs look and move to attract fish?

The KRLAO frogs use a hollow, soft PVC body and twin 360° rotatable foot propellers to create surface disturbance and lifelike motion. Their sculpted posture and 3D eyes increase realism, helping them read as an authentic prey item to bass, pike, trout and more.

• 3.5-inch hollow PVC body that compresses and flexes when bitten
• Double propeller feet swing to splash and ripple the surface
• 3D molded eyes and textured skin detail for visual realism

Will these lures hang up in weeds or get snagged on cover?

These frogs are designed with a weedless hook setup: the double-barbed hooks sit snug against the soft body until a fish bites and drives the hooks free. That keeps them effective over heavy vegetation and around cover where bass and other species ambush prey.

• Concealed double-barb hooks decrease hangups on weeds and lily pads
• Soft outer shell lets hooks expose quickly on a strike for solid hookups
• No-sink configuration keeps bait skimming the surface until engaged

How durable are these swimbaits for heavy bites and repeated casts?

Constructed from resilient PVC with a moderate thickness, each frog resists tearing from aggressive strikes and holds up through multiple hookups. The integrated lead sinker is bonded to the body so the lure keeps its buoyant profile and balance after many retrieves.

• Thick, elastic PVC resists punctures and tears
• Bonded lead sinker maintains flotation and action over time
• Sturdy double-barbed hook system built for reliable penetration

What species and situations are these baits best for?

These topwater frogs target a wide range of predators that strike surface prey—bass, pike, trout, and other freshwater gamefish respond well, especially in heavy cover or at dawn and dusk. They work across ponds, lakes, and slow-moving rivers, and can also be used in light saltwater situations targeting nearshore ambush feeders.

• Ideal for largemouth and smallmouth bass in weed beds and pads
• Effective for pike, musky, trout, crappie and striper when feeding topwater
• Useful in freshwater and protected nearshore saltwater scenarios
