KOSIN Personal Safety Alarm Keychain 6-Pack — 140 dB Siren, LED Light, Multi-Color

The KOSIN Personal Safety Alarm is a compact, 140 dB keychain alarm sold in a six-color pack to signal for help and deter threats with a loud siren and built-in LED light.

Whether you’re walking the dog at dusk, a student heading home from class, or packing safety gear for a hiking trip, the KOSIN 6-pack personal alarms give every family member a lightweight, portable way to call attention in an emergency. Each alarm combines a piercing siren, an LED light, and a keyring-ready design so it stays on backpacks, belts, purse straps, or keys where you can reach it instantly.

How loud is this alarm and how far will it carry?

The siren reaches up to 140 dB, designed to attract attention across busy streets and wide outdoor spaces. That volume can carry sound up to several hundred feet, making it effective for drawing immediate notice from bystanders or nearby help.

• Peak output: 140 dB for strong audio signaling.
• Audible range: practical alerting distance of hundreds of feet in open areas.
• Continuous sound: can run up to about 50 minutes on installed batteries.

What powers the KOSIN alarm and how long do the batteries last?

Each unit uses three AG13/LR44 button cells (6 total LR44 across the pack are included), providing a long service life for everyday carry. With normal use, batteries can last many months; when the tone weakens, replacing cells restores full volume.

• Battery type: AG13 / LR44 button cells preinstalled (6 pack includes replacement cells).
• Voltage: 6V total per alarm set of three cells.
• Replacement guidance: change batteries after about 12 months or when sound weakens.

How do I use the alarm and what additional features does it have?

Operation is straightforward: pull or extend the metal bar to trigger the siren and push it back in to stop. An integrated LED acts as a small flashlight for low-light use, and the included keyring makes attachment to personal items simple.

• Siren activation: pull metal bar for immediate 140 dB alarm.
• LED light: built-in lamp for brief illumination and locating zippers/keys.
• Attachment: keychain loop fits bags, belts, keys, and pet gear.

Is the product durable and travel-friendly?

The housing is molded from durable ABS plastic with a copper plug on the pull tab to resist corrosion and wear. Its compact size and light weight make it airline-friendly as a carry item, and it’s resilient enough for backpacks, pockets, and outdoor gear.

• Materials: robust ABS and metal components for impact resistance.
• Dimensions & weight: about 2.7 x 1.7 x 0.7 inches, 30 g per unit for easy carry.
• Travel note: allowed as a personal safety device in carry-on items.
