KOMASTY 20V Cordless String Trimmer & Edger, 12-inch — 2×2.0Ah Batteries, Lightweight Foldable with Auto Line Feed

The KOMASTY 20V Electric Weed Wacker is a lightweight, foldable cordless trimmer and edger that delivers a 12-inch cutting swath with automatic line feed and two 2.0Ah batteries for up to 30 minutes of runtime.

This battery-powered weed eater combines compact storage, adjustable ergonomics, and a high-speed motor to tackle small yards, patios, and tight garden corners without the hassle of gas or cords. Its 9,500 RPM motor and 12" cutting width let you trim wide sections quickly, while the foldable shaft and rotatable head make storing and reaching awkward spots simple. The included dual batteries and charger give you enough juice for typical weekend jobs and let you swap batteries for uninterrupted work.

How does the KOMASTY weed wacker make yard work faster?

The high-rev motor and wide cutting swath are designed to clear overgrown grass and weeds more quickly than smaller trimmers. Automatic line feed reduces stops to reload line, so you keep moving across lawns and along edges.

• 9,500 RPM motor for powerful cutting speed
• 12-inch cutting diameter covers more ground per pass
• Auto-feed head replenishes line without manual bumping
• Two batteries supply up to 30 minutes total runtime

Can this tool reach tight spots and store easily?

Yes — the KOMASTY trimmer is built for maneuverability and compact storage. The shaft folds three ways across a 180° range, and the head pivots 90° so you can edge, trim under benches, or work on slopes with less strain.

• 180° folding shaft enables vertical storage in small spaces
• 90° adjustable head for edging and under-furniture access
• 180° rotatable handle improves grip and control on slopes
• Lightweight design is easier to lift and carry around the yard

What should I know about battery life and maintenance?

The kit includes two 2.0Ah rechargeable batteries and a charger, which together offer around 30 minutes of continuous use — usually enough for small to medium yards. For longer life, allow batteries to cool briefly after heavy use before recharging and avoid forcing the line through extremely dense growth.

• Two batteries included for about 30 minutes total runtime
• Charger included for convenient recharging between sessions
• Allow batteries to cool after use to protect lifespan
• Avoid cutting very dense or woody growth to prevent line breakage

How easy is the trimmer to operate and switch between functions?

The KOMASTY 2-in-1 design switches from trimming to edging by rotating the head without changing tools. A simple safety lock and trigger combination restarts the automatic feed after a line break, keeping operation straightforward and safe.

• Pivoting head converts from trimmer to edger in seconds
• Auto-feed system monitors and advances cutting line automatically
• Safety lock plus trigger prevents accidental starts
• Keep cutting head parallel to ground to minimize line damage

Who is this for: The KOMASTY 20V Electric Weed Wacker is aimed at homeowners, renters, and gardeners with small to medium-sized yards, balconies, or limited garage space who want a practical cordless solution. It suits people who prioritize easy storage, simple maintenance, and the convenience of cordless trimming and edging without the weight or fumes of gas equipment. If you need a heavy-duty commercial mower for large acreage or consistently thick brush, consider a larger-capacity tool; for routine lawn upkeep, boundary trimming, and quick cleanups, this KOMASTY model is a compact, user-friendly choice.
