Kölbs Wedge Reading Pillow 19" Grey — Bed Backrest with Arms, High-Density Foam & Side Pockets

The Kölbs Wedge Reading Pillow is a plush, arm-equipped bed backrest designed to support upright sitting for reading, watching TV, nursing, and lounging.

Built around a dense solid-foam core and wrapped in a soft grey cover, this 19" wedge pillow converts any mattress or couch into a comfortable seated nook. It includes built-in armrests, side pockets, and a carry handle so you can move it between bed, dorm, and sofa. Ships compressed — allow time for the foam to regain its full shape.

How does the wedge shape make sitting in bed more comfortable?

The angled wedge gently tilts the hips and spine into a more ergonomic seated position, reducing the need to hunch forward. The firm foam core resists sagging so the pillow keeps its shape over time for consistent support.

• 19" height wedge positions torso for relaxed reading and screen viewing.
• High-density solid foam prevents collapse and maintains posture.
• Built-in arms support elbows for reduced shoulder strain.

What convenience features help while studying, nursing, or watching TV?

Kölbs added practical touches so the pillow works as a multi-use bed backrest. Side pockets keep remotes, phones, or books within reach, and a stitched handle makes it easy to carry from room to room.

• Dual arm pockets hold small items like phones, remotes, or glasses.
• Exterior carry handle for simple transport and repositioning.
• Machine-washable cover for easy cleaning (check care label).

Is the foam firm or soft, and who will it suit?

The interior uses a solid, high-density foam that leans toward firm support rather than loose, shredded fill. That firmness provides steady backing for long reading sessions, late-night studying, or nursing, and suits users who prefer structured support over a sinking feel.

• Solid foam core keeps the backrest upright and stable.
• Plush outer fabric offers a comfortable surface without losing support.
• Ideal for adults, teens, nursing parents, and dorm living.

How do I care for the pillow and how long until it’s ready after unboxing?

The pillow ships compressed to save space; allow up to 24 hours for the foam to fully expand after opening. The removable outer cover can be spot cleaned or laundered per manufacturer instructions to keep the pillow fresh.

• Allow 24 hours post-unboxing for full foam recovery.
• Follow care label for washing the cover or spot-cleaning the foam.
• Fluff and rotate occasionally to maintain shape and even wear.

Who is this for? The Kölbs Wedge Reading Pillow is a practical choice for anyone who spends extended time sitting up in bed—students in dorms, parents who need a supportive nursing position, gamers and binge-watchers who want a more comfortable home setup, or anyone recovering from periods of reduced mobility. If you prefer a firm, stable backrest with helpful storage pockets and easy portability, this grey 19" wedge pillow offers a durable, everyday solution for creating a cozy seated space on a bed or sofa.
