Small businesses, home sellers, and office teams can use this lightweight black desktop printer to create crisp, adhesive labels without ink. It pairs with mobile devices and computers through a dedicated app or USB, offers a large template library for fast customization, and accepts multiple thermal roll sizes so you can print shipping labels, barcodes, packing slips, and more.

How do I connect the KNAON printer to my phone or tablet?

Connect wirelessly by installing the dedicated label app and pairing through the app interface; the printer communicates via Bluetooth but requires the app to send jobs. For Apple devices with recent processors, download the app from the App Store; Android users get the app from Google Play.

• Install the "FlashLabel Pro" app on iOS or Android.
• Use the app's pairing screen to discover and connect the printer.
• Import or design labels inside the app and print directly via Bluetooth.

Can I use the printer with my laptop or point-of-sale system?

Yes — the printer supports USB connections across popular desktop platforms. A preloaded USB drive includes drivers and tutorial videos, and ChromeOS users can add a browser extension for printing directly from Chrome.

• Plug via USB for macOS, Windows (7+), ChromeOS and Linux support.
• Find drivers and setup guides on the included USB drive for quick installation.
• Chrome users can install the companion extension for improved compatibility.

What types of labels and customization can I print?

The app provides a broad set of templates, icons and fonts so you can tailor labels for shipping, pricing, returns, or branding. It accepts a range of thermal widths and supports common logistics platforms when you import PDF exports into the app.

• Choose from thousands of templates, icons and fonts inside the app.
• Supports paper widths from about 1.4 to 4.4 inches — including 4x6 shipping labels.
• Import saved PDF shipping labels from services like Shopify, eBay or USPS for printing.

How portable and durable is the KNAON label printer for daily use?

Designed with a compact footprint, this black printer fits small workspaces and travels easily between locations. Its fast thermal engine handles frequent label batches and the box includes starter roll stock so you can begin printing immediately.
