KEEP Yoga Blocks 2-Pack — High-Density EVA Foam, Non-Slip Lightweight Support for Yoga & Pilates (Grey)

KEEP Yoga Blocks are a pair of high-density EVA foam supports designed to improve alignment, deepen stretches, and stabilize poses for yoga, Pilates, and meditation practice.

These lightweight, durable blocks from KEEP give you a reliable balance aid without the chemical nastiness found in some cheap foam products. Engineered with closed-cell, microporous foam and precision cutting, each block resists deformation while remaining easy to handle for students of all levels. The non-slip textured surface manages moisture and grip so you can hold poses with confidence whether you’re building flexibility, practicing restorative sequences, or guiding a meditation session.

How do these blocks help me deepen stretches and improve alignment?

KEEP blocks create safe extensions of your limbs to bridge gaps between your body and the floor, allowing you to reach correct alignment without overstretching. They give you a steady platform to gradually increase range of motion and hold longer, more controlled positions.

• Elevate hands, hips, or head to reduce strain in hamstrings and lower back.
• Use as a prop under the sacrum or sacral edge to support restorative backbends.
• Create step-like support for gradual progression into seated forward folds.

Are these blocks stable enough for standing balance work?

Yes — the six-sided, eight-angled design combined with high-density EVA ensures stable contact with the mat and weight-bearing support. The blocks stay firm under load, so you can practice balance poses without wobble.

• Dense foam maintains shape under body weight for consistent support.
• Textured, closed-cell surface reduces slipping even with sweaty hands.
• Multiple side heights let you customize footing or hand placement for different standing poses.

Will these blocks hold up over time and are they safe for regular use?

KEEP blocks are cut and finished to resist deformation and built to last through regular training. They are recyclable and made without chlorides, heavy metals, phenols, or latex — reducing exposure to common contaminants found in lower-quality props.

• Microporous foaming and precise cutting prevent long-term sagging or warping.
• Material is non-toxic and recyclable for lower environmental impact.
• Easy-to-clean closed-cell surface prevents moisture absorption and odors.

How portable and user-friendly are these blocks for different practitioners?

Each block weighs roughly 0.44 lb, making them easy to carry, store, and hand to kids or new students. The lightweight build plus the sturdy shape means they’re practical for studio classes, travel, and home practice.

• Compact footprint fits easily into yoga bags or studio cubbies.
• Light weight allows children and seniors to move prop placement independently.
• Two-block pack offers symmetrical options for both sides of the body or partner work.

Who this is for: KEEP Yoga Blocks are ideal for beginners learning correct form, intermediate practitioners aiming to deepen stretches safely, teachers who need reliable studio props, and anyone practicing restorative or therapeutic sequences. They suit home yogis, Pilates participants, meditation practitioners who want elevated support, and families seeking non-toxic, recyclable equipment that’s simple to maintain.
