KeaBabies Baby Hand and Footprint Kit is an all-in-one air-dry clay set with a wooden frame and personalization tools to create lasting baby or pet hand/foot imprints.

This Alpine White keepsake kit is designed to help new parents, gift-givers, and pet lovers capture a true-size impression of tiny hands, feet or paws and display the result in a ready-to-hang frame. Everything needed is included: food-grade clay, acrylic paint, a brush, a name/date printing tool and a sturdy frame with glass cover. The components are tailored to be safe for infants and simple to use at home, producing a durable memento for nursery walls or family displays.

How do I make a clear hand or footprint with this kit?

Pressing a baby’s hand or foot into the supplied air-dry clay while it’s still soft creates a clean impression. Follow the included instructions for timing and gentle handling to capture crisp details without distressing your child.

• Roll or pat clay smooth to remove air bubbles before pressing.
• Support the baby’s limb and press evenly; don’t rock or press too deep.
• Let the clay dry fully per instructions before decorating or framing.
• Use the paint and name kit after drying to personalize the keepsake.

What safety features and materials are used in this keepsake kit?

The clay supplied is food-grade and air-dry, chosen to minimize risks when handling around infants. The wooden frame is finished in an Alpine White paint and includes a real glass front to protect the imprint while providing a polished presentation.

• 100% food-grade, air-dry clay suitable for baby-safe keepsakes.
• Acrylic paint and brush included to avoid extra purchases.
• Robust wooden frame and real glass cover for long-term preservation.
• Name and date stamping kit included for personalization.

Can I use this kit for pets or as a mixed-family keepsake?

Yes — the pliable clay accepts paw prints as well as infant hands and feet, making it a versatile option for families who want to record both human and pet milestones. The frame fits a duo display, so multiple imprints and a photo can be showcased together.

• Clay takes detailed paw and paw-pad impressions cleanly.
• Frame size and layout support two impressions plus a photo.
• Neutral Alpine White finish matches many decor styles.
• Ideal for combined memory displays—baby and pet included.

How long will the finished keepsake last and how should I care for it?

Once fully dried and framed behind glass, the clay impression resists everyday wear and keeps its detail for years. Keep the frame out of direct sunlight and away from high humidity to maintain color and prevent warping.

• Dry thoroughly before framing to avoid cracking over time.
• Display indoors; avoid prolonged sun and moisture exposure.
• Clean the glass with a soft cloth; do not use harsh chemicals on clay.
• Store flat in a cool, dry place if not displaying immediately.
