Jocko Fuel Whey Protein Powder Cookies & Cream — 24 Servings, Time-Release Blend with Enzymes & Probiotics

This protein powder combines fast and slow-digesting proteins with digestive enzymes, probiotics, and a low-calorie sweetener mix to support muscle recovery and everyday protein needs. The Cookies & Cream flavor delivers a dessert-like taste with minimal sugar thanks to a sweetener blend of allulose, monk fruit extract, and rebaudioside M. Sourced from hormone- and soy-free milk, this formula aims to give steady fuel rather than a rapid spike.

How does the time-release protein blend support recovery and fullness?

The formula mixes whey concentrate and whey isolate for quick amino acid delivery with micellar casein and egg protein to slow digestion, providing a longer-lasting supply of building blocks. That staggered absorption helps maintain circulating amino acids for several hours after a shake.

• Fast-acting whey isolate and concentrate for immediate amino acids.
• Micellar casein and egg protein for extended release.
• Designed to reduce the need for frequent protein snacks.

What digestive supports are included and why do they matter?

Jocko Fuel adds digestive enzymes and probiotics to help break down protein and promote gut regularity. These components can make shakes easier to tolerate and support nutrient absorption, which matters if you drink protein frequently.

• Digestive enzymes aid in protein breakdown and digestion.
• Probiotics help maintain gut flora balance and transit.
• Formulation intended to reduce bloating and discomfort for some users.

Is this protein powder low in sugar and what sweeteners are used?

The product is formulated with a low-sugar profile using a proprietary blend called Jocko GOOD Sweetener. That blend relies on allulose, monk fruit extract, and rebaudioside M to achieve sweetness with fewer calories than traditional sugar.

• Allulose provides sweetness with minimal caloric impact.
• Monk fruit extract adds natural sweetness without sugar.
• Rebaudioside M refines taste for a cleaner flavor profile.

Where does the protein come from and are there common allergens?

The whey proteins are derived from milk labeled as hormone- and soy-free, emphasizing ingredient sourcing. The formula does include milk and egg proteins, so individuals with milk or egg allergies should avoid this product.

• Milk-based proteins from hormone-free cows.
• Contains egg protein; not soy-based.
• Suitable for those avoiding added hormones and soy ingredients.

Who is this for? Jocko Fuel Cookies & Cream is aimed at active people who want a dessert-style protein shake with a sustained release profile: athletes seeking post-workout recovery, gym-goers wanting steady protein between meals, or anyone who prefers low-sugar, flavored shakes with digestive support. It’s not suitable for people with milk or egg allergies or those avoiding animal-derived proteins.
