JISULIFE Portable Neck Fan – Bladeless Hands-Free Wearable, 4000 mAh Battery, 5 Speeds

The JISULIFE Portable Neck Fan is a bladeless, hands-free wearable cooler with 78 air outlets, five speed settings and a 4000 mAh battery for hours of quiet, personal airflow.

This lightweight neckband fan combines bladeless safety with a discreet design so you can stay cool without holding a device. Engineered with a ring of small vents, soft-touch materials and a long-lasting battery, the unit delivers adjustable airflow for commuting, outdoor events, workouts or travel while keeping noise very low.

How does this neck fan keep me cool during long days outside?

The JISULIFE neck fan spreads air from 78 tiny outlets positioned around the band, producing a steady, wraparound breeze that targets the face and neck. You can switch among five speed levels to extend run time or increase airflow depending on activity level and temperature.

• 78 small vents create dispersed, even airflow
• Five-speed control for precise comfort
• 4000 mAh battery gives roughly 4–16 hours depending on speed

Is it safe and comfortable to wear all day?

Yes — the bladeless layout removes exposed blades, reducing snag and pinch risks for hair, children or seniors. The body uses anti-grease ABS and soft silicone where it contacts skin, and the band weighs only about 9.1 ounces so it exerts minimal strain on your neck.

• Bladeless design lowers hazard compared with blade fans
• Anti-grease ABS and silicone for comfy skin contact
• Ultra-light 9.1 oz profile minimizes neck fatigue

Will it be loud when running in public or at home?

The motor and airpath have been tuned for quiet operation, producing noise levels near 25 dB on lower settings so it won’t disturb conversations or interfere with concentration. Higher speeds increase airflow with moderate sound but remain suitable for outdoor and active use.

• Low-noise engineering around 25 dB on quieter settings
• Balanced performance for both indoor and outdoor environments
• Five speeds let you trade off between silence and powerful airflow

How long does the battery last and how do I control it?

The built-in 4000 mAh rechargeable battery supports roughly 4–16 hours of operation depending on which speed you use. Control is simple: press the power button repeatedly to cycle through the five speeds and turn the unit off — no complicated menus or apps required.

• 4000 mAh battery for extended use between charges
• Simple one-button speed cycling (5 gears)
• USB rechargeable for convenient top-ups on the go

Who is this for? The JISULIFE Portable Neck Fan is ideal for commuters, outdoor spectators, travelers, fitness enthusiasts and anyone who wants hands-free, personal cooling without exposed blades. It’s also a practical gift for family members and friends who need a lightweight, low-noise cooling solution during warm weather or while traveling.
