Ingenuity FoldAway 2-Position Bather — Mesh Infant Bath Seat, Compact Foldable, Up to 20 lbs

The Ingenuity FoldAway 2-Position Bather is a compact, convertible mesh baby bath seat that cradles infants from birth to about six months for sink or tub bathing.

Bath time becomes safer and simpler with this lightweight, patent-pending bather designed by a leading maker of bathtime gear. It pairs a breathable mesh sling and padded head bolster with a stable folding frame so caregivers can bathe newborns and young infants comfortably at home or on the go. Built-in non-slip grippers and two recline settings give adjustable support as your baby grows up to 20 pounds.

How does the two-position design make bathing easier?

The bather offers two recline angles so you can choose a more cradled position for newborns or a slightly more upright angle as your baby gains neck control. Adjusting between settings is quick and tool-free, letting you tailor support to your baby’s size and development.

• Two recline positions for newborn and developing infants
• Tool-free adjustment for fast setup during busy routines
• Cradling sling keeps baby aligned and comfortable

Can I use this in a sink as well as a bathtub?

Yes — the FoldAway bather was built to work both in standard sinks and inside adult bathtubs, making it adaptable to apartments, travel, or houses with different tub types. Its compact footprint lets it rest securely in smaller wash spaces while still providing head-to-toe support.

• Compact frame fits most sinks and tubs
• Four non-slip grippers help stabilize the unit on smooth surfaces
• Lightweight construction for easy moving between locations

How do I keep the bather clean and hygienic?

The fabric sling removes from the frame so you can toss it in the washing machine for quick, regular cleaning. After washing, the sling simply stretches back onto the frame to air dry — no complicated disassembly required.

• Removable mesh sling is machine-washable
• Quick air-dry reattachment gets the bather ready fast
• Mesh material drains and dries faster than padded foam

Is this bather safe and durable for everyday use?

This model has been third-party tested and incorporates design elements that support safe bathing habits, such as a supportive head bolster and secure high-sided sling. The non-slip grippers on the base reduce the chance of sliding during use, and the frame folds flat for storage when not in use.

• Third-party safety testing and approval
• Supportive high sides and soft headrest cradle baby securely
• Folds flat for storage and travel convenience

It’s ideal for small homes, frequent travelers, grandparents, or anyone looking for a compact, supportive bather that grows with early infant needs.
