Infantino baby carrier Flip Advanced 4-in-1 — Black, convertible ergonomic newborn-to-toddler

The Infantino Flip Advanced 4-in-1 Baby Carrier in Black is a convertible, ergonomic carrier that adapts from newborn through toddler (8–32 lbs) with four comfortable carrying positions.

This carrier combines an adjustable seat, padded support, and easy-fit straps to grow with your child while reducing strain on caregivers. Built with machine-washable, breathable fabric and quick-adjust buckles, it switches between carrying modes in seconds. Whether you need a secure newborn hold or a hands-free way to carry a curious toddler, the Flip Advanced offers practical features and everyday durability.

How does the Flip Advanced fit different ages and sizes?

The Flip Advanced uses a convertible seat that changes width as your baby grows, letting you move from a narrow newborn position to a wider, ergonomic seat for older infants and toddlers. The carrier accommodates children from 8 to 32 pounds and includes supportive head padding for small infants.

• Narrow seat setting for newborn comfort and head support
• Wide seat setting to maintain an ergonomic "M" leg position as baby grows
• Four carrying modes: facing-in narrow, facing-in wide, facing-out, and back carry
• Weight range: 8–32 lbs (suitable for most newborns through toddler stages)

Will it keep caregivers comfortable during long use?

The carrier is designed to spread baby’s weight across the hips and shoulders so caregivers feel less back and shoulder strain. Padded shoulder straps and a wide, adjustable waist belt (24"–49") help balance load distribution for extended wear.

• Padded shoulder straps reduce pressure on shoulders
• Adjustable 24"–49" waist belt transfers weight to hips
• Quick-adjust buckles let different caregivers swap without re-threading
• Chest strap stabilizes load to improve carrying comfort and posture

Is the carrier safe and supportive for healthy hip positioning?

The Flip Advanced offers an adjustable seat that promotes the recommended hip-friendly "M" position, supporting knees-above-bottom alignment favored by pediatric and orthopedic recommendations. This helps maintain proper hip joint alignment as baby develops.

• Seat width adjusts to maintain ergonomic leg and hip placement
• Padded lumbar and head supports for secure, aligned carrying
• Multiple carry options to suit developmental stages and visibility needs
• Durable buckles and reinforced stitching for daily use

How simple is care and everyday use?

The Flip Advanced is made from soft, easy-care fabric that resists messes and goes in the washing machine when needed. Intuitive buckles and strap adjustments make putting the carrier on and switching between caregivers quick and straightforward.

• Machine-washable fabric for fast cleaning
• Wipeable surfaces for on-the-spot spills
• Snap and buckle system allows fast transitions between carry modes
• Compact design folds for storage or travel
