HOVER COVER Magnetic Microwave Splatter Cover — 12-inch Black, BPA-Free Venting Lid for Clean Microwaves

The HOVER COVER 12-inch Magnetic Microwave Splatter Cover is a BPA-free, heat-resistant lid that sticks to most microwave ceilings to stop messes while heating or cooking food.

If you want a neater microwave and faster cleanup, this 12 x 11 x 3.25 inch magnetic splatter cover is built to prevent spills, vent steam for even reheating, and store out of the way on your microwave's metal ceiling. It’s constructed from food-safe, heat-tolerant material, fits most standard microwave plates and bowls, and is dishwasher safe for effortless maintenance.

How does this cover keep my microwave clean?

The HOVER COVER forms a shield over plates and bowls to capture grease, steam, and food droplets that would otherwise land on the microwave walls. Its vent holes reduce pressure buildup so sauces don’t erupt during heating.

• Full 12 x 11 in coverage fits most dinner plates and shallow bowls.
• Built-in steam vents encourage even temperature distribution.
• Raised rim contains splatters and prevents dripping onto turntables.

Will the magnetic feature work in my microwave?

The cover uses integrated magnets to attach to flat, smooth metal microwave ceilings, keeping it within reach and off counters. It won’t adhere to stainless-steel interiors or decorative/non-magnetic ceilings, so a quick magnet test is recommended before purchasing.

• Designed for most common microwave brands and models with ferrous interiors.
• If the magnet sticks to your ceiling, the cover will too—wipe the surface dry first.
• Not compatible with stainless-steel or textured, curved metal ceilings.

Is this microwave cover safe and easy to clean?

Made from BPA-free, odorless material that withstands normal microwave temperatures, the cover is safe for everyday reheating tasks. After use you can pop it in the dishwasher or wash by hand for quick cleanup.

• Rated to tolerate typical microwave heat; no added odors or chemicals.
• Dishwasher-safe construction for hands-off cleaning.
• Easy-grip handle makes removing the cover simple and safe.

Will this fit my plates and bowls?

The interior dimensions and raised dome shape accommodate most standard plates and many shallow bowls, but deep cookware or specialty crisper trays may not fit. Measure your dishes and microwave space to confirm compatibility.

• Overall size: 12 x 11 x 3.25 inches — suitable for most dinnerware.
• Check microwave ceiling flatness for magnetic attachment before ordering.
• Not intended for microwaves with special crisper elements or stainless interiors.

Who is this for: Home cooks, busy parents, office kitchens, and anyone who reheats food frequently and wants less cleanup. The HOVER COVER 12-inch magnetic splatter lid is especially helpful if you use a standard consumer microwave with a ferrous interior and prefer a hygienic, space-saving solution that stores on the microwave ceiling. Verify your microwave ceiling is magnetic and your plates fit under the 3.25-inch dome before purchasing.
