Hot Wheels Hi‑Tech Buzz Lightyear Launcher & Hauler Toy Car — 1:64 Die‑Cast Superstar Speeder, Launch & Haul Playset

The Hot Wheels Disney and Pixar Hi‑Tech Buzz Lightyear Launcher & Hauler is a large-scale vehicle that stores, transports and launches a 1:64 die‑cast Superstar Speeder Hi‑Tech Buzz Lightyear for high-speed track play.

Built for imaginative play and fast-action fun, this Hot Wheels set combines a chunky launch vehicle with a removable die‑cast figure-car inspired by Disney and Pixar’s Buzz Lightyear. The hauler holds the Superstar Speeder securely for transport, lets kids place the die‑cast in the built-in launcher, and snaps into Hot Wheels Speed Snap Track or traditional Hot Wheels track (adapter included) so kids can send Buzz racing through loops and obstacles. Colors and decorations may vary.

How does the launcher work with the die-cast Hi‑Tech Buzz Lightyear?

Place the 1:64 Superstar Speeder Hi‑Tech Buzz Lightyear into the front of the launcher, press the button, and the launcher propels the die‑cast car forward for instant track action. The Hi‑Tech Buzz is non‑removable from the Superstar Speeder mold, making setup simple and durable for active play.

• One‑button spring launcher sends the die‑cast car accelerating down track.
• Die‑cast Superstar Speeder features a molded Hi‑Tech Buzz Lightyear for authenticity.
• Secure onboard storage keeps the die‑cast car in place while hauling between play zones.

Can I connect this hauler to my existing Hot Wheels track sets?

Yes — the launcher is designed to attach directly to Hot Wheels Speed Snap Track components for seamless integration into modular track layouts. The set also includes a reverse‑compatibility adapter so you can connect to traditional Hot Wheels track pieces already in your collection.

• Directly compatible with Speed Snap Track for quick track builds.
• Includes one adapter for older Hot Wheels track systems.
• Works with additional tracks and playsets sold separately to expand racing options.

What kinds of play and stunts can kids create with this set?

This launcher & hauler encourages open‑ended adventures, races, and stunt challenges: kids can haul Buzz across the room, launch him into ramps, or combine loops and jumps using other Hot Wheels pieces. The large-scale hauler is easy for small hands to grip and move between different play scenes.

• Create send‑off stunts by launching into ramps and loops.
• Use the hauler as a vehicle in imaginative roleplay and storylines.
• Combine with extra tracks for longer courses, races, and obstacle runs.

Is this toy durable and safe for young racers?

The launcher and die‑cast Superstar Speeder are made for active play, with sturdy plastic construction on the hauler and a die‑cast metal speeder to withstand repeated launches. Recommended for ages 4 and up, the pieces are sized to reduce choking risk while offering robust performance for everyday play.

• Die‑cast speeder offers weight and durability for realistic speed.
• Plastic hauler designed for repeated launches and hauling.
• Age recommendation: 4 years and older for safe play handling.
