Honeywell QuietSet Personal Table Fan 13" Black — Oscillating Desk Fan with 4 Quiet Power Levels & Timer

Honeywell QuietSet Personal Table Fan (HTF210B) is a compact 13" oscillating desk fan that delivers adjustable, low-noise airflow with four power/sound levels and a timer for bedside or office cooling.

This slim personal fan is designed to bring targeted airflow to small spaces — dorm rooms, home offices, bedside tables, and apartments — without the bulk or noise of larger units. Its oscillation and adjustable QuietSet control let you choose steady or moving air while the automatic shut-off timer and small footprint make it convenient for day-to-day use. Built by Honeywell, the fan combines simple controls with energy-conscious operation so you can stay comfortable with less reliance on full-room air conditioning.

How much noise does the fan make while running?

The QuietSet control gives four distinct sound-and-power settings so you can balance airflow and noise to suit sleep or work. Even on higher settings the unit focuses on delivering airflow rather than loud mechanical noise, making it appropriate for bedrooms and study spaces.

• Four sound/power levels for gradual adjustments
• Designed for low operational noise on lower settings
• Slim housing reduces vibration and rattles

Will this fan cool my room or just provide personal airflow?

The HTF210B is a personal table fan intended to provide directed airflow to people in close proximity rather than cooling an entire room. Use it on a bedside table, desk, or seating area to create an immediate cooling effect; pair it with an AC set slightly higher to reduce energy use while retaining comfort.

• 13" fan blade for focused, personal airflow
• Oscillation option spreads airflow across a wider zone
• Works well alongside central AC to reduce energy use

What controls and features help me customize comfort?

The fan offers simple, tactile controls that let you set power, sound level, oscillation, and an automatic shut-off timer. These choices make it easy to tailor airflow for sleep, work, or study without complicated programming.

• QuietSet control with four selectable power/sound levels
• Oscillating function for wider coverage or fixed direction
• Built-in timer for automatic shut-off after desired run time

Is the fan portable and where can I place it safely?

The compact footprint and light weight make the Honeywell QuietSet fan simple to move from room to room or place on narrow surfaces. It fits on nightstands, desks, shelves, and small tables; keep it on a stable, flat surface and away from edges for safe operation.

• Slim 13" profile fits bedside tables and desks
• Lightweight for easy repositioning around the home
• Stable base designed to minimize tipping risk

Who is this for? If you want a no-frills, reliable small fan that prioritizes quiet operation and adjustable airflow, the Honeywell QuietSet HTF210B is a good fit. It's ideal for hot sleepers who need low-noise cooling, students in dorms, office workers who want a personal breeze, and anyone looking to supplement central cooling while lowering energy use. The unit’s straightforward controls, oscillation, timer, and compact size make it practical for everyday personal comfort in tight spaces.
