HOMBERKING glass meal prep containers 8-pack 36oz, 2-compartment borosilicate with snap-lock lids, oven- and freezer-safe

These 36oz (980ml) containers pair durable, thermal-shock-resistant borosilicate glass with BPA-free snap-lock lids and removable silicone seals. Each container features a permanently molded divider that creates a roughly 19oz main section and a 17oz side section, making portion control simple and meal planning efficient. The set includes eight lid-and-container pairs sized at approximately 8.1 × 6.1 × 2.8 inches—stackable for storage and rated for a wide temperature range, so you can move meals from freezer to oven (lids excluded) without thawing.

How does the 2-compartment layout improve weekly meal prep?

The molded divider keeps entrees and sides separate so flavors and textures don’t mix during storage or transport. That separation helps you pack balanced meals—protein in the larger side and vegetables, grains, or dressings in the smaller section—without extra dishes.

• Main compartment ~19oz fits a full chicken breast or hearty pasta portion.
• Side compartment ~17oz for vegetables, rice, or salad dressings (solid or low-moisture).
• Permanent divider prevents rummaging for separate containers during prep.
• Stackable design saves cabinet and fridge space when not in use.

Can I reheat, freeze, or bake with these glass containers?

Yes—the borosilicate glass body tolerates temperatures from -4°F to 752°F (-20°C to 400°C), allowing direct transfers between freezer and oven (without lids). Use the containers safely in ovens and microwaves; remove lids before heating to prevent deformation or seal damage.

• Freeze-to-oven safe (lids must be removed for heating).
• Microwave-safe for reheating when lids are off.
• Dishwasher-safe glass; handwashing lids extends silicone life.
• Avoid stacking hot containers immediately to reduce thermal stress.

Are the lids leakproof and easy to clean?

The lids use a four-side snap-lock system and removable silicone sealing strips to create a tight barrier against spills and odors for most foods. While the seal is removable for full cleaning, note that the divider is not individually sealed—keep very liquid-heavy dishes level to prevent cross-compartment movement.

• BPA-free plastic lids with snap locks for secure transport.
• Removable silicone strip allows thorough cleaning and mold prevention.
• Handwashing lids recommended to prolong seal flexibility and shape.
• Not leakproof for heavy liquids across the divider—best for semi-solid foods.

What practical tips help these containers last longer?

Proper care preserves the glass finish and silicone seals. Dry lids and containers fully before storage to avoid sticky seals; separate stacked containers with a cloth or paper layer to prevent friction and chips.

• Wash and dry lids and glass before storing to prevent seal sticking.
• Handwash lids when possible to reduce silicone wear from high dishwasher heat.
• Don’t place lids in oven or microwave—remove before heating food.
• Use a protective layer between stacked containers to avoid breakage.
