HEARTHY FOODS Beef Gelatin Powder 16 oz — Unflavored Grass-Fed, Keto & Paleo Friendly Protein

Hearthy Foods Beef Gelatin Powder is an unflavored, grass-fed beef gelatin (Type I & III) made to halal standards and formulated for keto and paleo lifestyles.

This single-ingredient gelatin powder provides a neutral, odorless protein base sourced from grass-fed cattle and finished Zabihah Halal, with Non-GMO and Kosher certifications. It’s packaged as a versatile 16 oz (454 g) bag that dissolves easily into both hot and cool liquids so you can add texture, body, and collagen-supporting amino acids to recipes without altering flavor.

How do I use this gelatin in everyday cooking?

Gelatin mixes into soups, sauces, desserts, and cold preparations when properly bloomed and dissolved. Use it to thicken broths, stabilize yogurt-based desserts, or create firmer gelatin desserts by hydrating the powder first and then melting it into the dish.

• Bloom 1 part gelatin in 4–5 parts cold water for a few minutes before heating.
• Dissolve gently over low heat—do not boil—to preserve texture.
• Adjust amounts: roughly 1 tbsp gelatin per cup of liquid yields a soft set.
• Works in both savory (gravies, stews) and sweet (panna cotta, gummies) recipes.

What makes this beef gelatin suitable for keto and paleo diets?

The powder is pure protein with negligible carbohydrates and zero added sugars, fitting low-carb and ancestral-eating frameworks. Because it’s derived from grass-fed bovine sources and contains Types I and III collagen peptides, it’s commonly used by people following keto and paleo plans for culinary and nutritional versatility.

• No added sugars or fillers—single-ingredient product.
• Low-carb, high-protein composition appropriate for keto macros.
• Grass-fed sourcing aligns with many paleo preferences.
• Neutral flavor keeps recipes authentic without sweetness.

Is the product ethically and religiously compliant?

Hearthy Foods Beef Gelatin is finished Zabihah Halal, and it carries Kosher certification as well, catering to consumers who prioritize religious dietary standards. The cattle were grass-fed and raised without routine antibiotics, and the company lists Non-GMO sourcing to minimize extraneous inputs.

• Zabihah Halal finishing for religious compliance.
• Kosher-certified for broader dietary acceptance.
• Grass-fed and antibiotic-free sourcing commitments.
• Single-ingredient transparency—no additives or sweeteners.

How should I store and measure the 16 oz bag for best results?

Keep the sealed bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight; after opening, reseal or transfer to an airtight container to protect powder integrity. A 16 oz (454 g) package lasts varied lengths depending on use—bakers or home cooks who add gelatin regularly will find it fits easily on a pantry shelf.

• Store sealed in a cool, dry pantry or airtight jar after opening.
• Typical usage: 1–2 tablespoons per recipe; roughly 16–20 tablespoons per bag.
• Avoid moisture exposure to prevent clumping.
• Label includes weight (16 oz / 454 g) and simple usage guidance.

Who is this for: Hearthy Foods Beef Gelatin suits home cooks, meal-prepters, and those following keto or paleo lifestyles who want a neutral, single-ingredient protein thickener. It’s also a good option for anyone seeking Halal and Kosher-certified gelatin from grass-fed, antibiotic-free cattle—use it for culinary thickening, DIY gummy snacks, stable sauces, and textured desserts without changing flavor profiles.
