HearthMend silver-infused moisture-wicking fabric roll 10 x 144 in — breathable, cut-to-fit barrier for skin folds

This lightweight, soft textile comes as a generous continuous length so you can trim pieces precisely to suit dressings, padding, or protective liners. The fabric is infused with a silver complex that helps maintain freshness during extended wear while the knit construction allows air circulation and gentle movement with the skin. Use it where dampness, rubbing, or irritation are concerns — as a reusable layer that stays comfortable under clothing.

How does the silver infusion improve freshness during long wear?

The silver complex is integrated into the fibers to work continuously without topical additives. It helps limit odor-causing microbes on the fabric surface while remaining stable through typical use.

• Built into the yarn so it won’t wash off easily.
• Supports a fresher feel across extended wear times.
• Non-chemical mechanism complements regular laundering.

Can I trim this roll to fit specific body areas or dressings?

Yes — the wide 10-inch width and long 144-inch length let you cut bespoke shapes and lengths for exact coverage. Edges can be left raw or hemmed depending on the intended use.

• Cut-to-fit for skin folds, shoulder pads, or tubular wraps.
• Large enough for multiple custom pieces from a single roll.
• Works with standard household scissors; sew or serge for finished edges.

How does the fabric manage moisture and friction?

The knit structure encourages airflow and moves moisture away from contact points, while the soft surface reduces skin-on-skin abrasion. That combination helps maintain comfort in moisture-prone areas.

• Breathable weave promotes evaporation and air exchange.
• Low-profile, cushioned surface reduces rubbing and chafing.
• Slim, lightweight layer fits discreetly under clothing.

Is this roll gentle enough for sensitive skin and repeated use?

The material is designed to be soft, non-bulky, and kind to delicate skin, making it suitable for repeated placement and extended wearing periods. Routine washing keeps it clean and ready for reuse.

• Soft, airy fabric minimizes irritation on fragile skin.
• Durable construction tolerates laundering per care instructions.
• Reusable pieces reduce waste compared with single-use options.

Who is this for: Caregivers, clinicians, or anyone who needs a customizable, breathable barrier to protect moisture-prone areas — including skin folds, under dressings, and friction hotspots. It’s a practical choice for people seeking a reusable, easy-to-cut solution that combines comfort with odor-controlling technology, suitable for daily personal care, dressing adjustments, or long-term protective layering.
