Headley Tools 60mm Rotary Cutter Blades — 10-Pack Replacement for Olfa/Fiskars, Sharp High-Carbon Steel

Headley Tools 60mm rotary cutter blades are a 10-pack of high-carbon Japanese steel replacement blades designed to deliver clean, multi-layer cutting for quilting, sewing, scrapbooking and craft projects.

If you use a 60mm rotary cutter—whether Olfa, Fiskars or other common brands—these replacement blades give you a reliable sharp edge and a sturdy core that resists bending and corrosion. Oiled and boxed for safe storage, this set is intended to make repeated, accurate cuts across fabrics, paper and mixed media easier and faster without dulling prematurely.

How do these blades perform on fabric and layered materials?

These Headley Tools blades are made from SKS-7 Japanese steel engineered for edge retention and toughness. They slice through multiple layers cleanly so you can cut thicker stacks without shifting or fraying.

• Cleanly cuts up to roughly 8–16 mm (10 layers of quilting cotton) in one pass
• High-carbon steel resists bending under pressure
• Sharp edge minimizes fabric pull and seam distortion
• Consistent performance across repeated uses

Will these fit my existing 60mm cutter handle?

Yes—these blades are machined to standard 60mm dimensions and fit major rotary cutter models. They replace factory blades for many well-known handles, making swaps quick and straightforward.

• Compatible with Olfa, Fiskars and other 60mm rotary cutters
• Standard mounting hole and thickness for easy installation
• Sold in a pack of 10 to reduce frequency of replacements

How are the blades packaged and handled safely?

Blades arrive oiled to prevent surface rust and packaged in a plastic storage box to separate blades and protect hands. Take care when removing blades, as multiple blades can stick together due to the protective oil film.

• 10 blades per plastic storage box for organized storage
• Oiled finish to protect against scratching and corrosion
• Keep blades separated and use tools or gloves when changing

What projects are these blades best suited for?

These cutters excel in precise hobby and professional tasks where multiple layers or mixed materials are common. From quilting blocks to scrapbook paper and vinyl detailing, they provide a dependable, clean cut.

• Quilting: straight and curved pattern cutting through stacked fabrics
• Sewing: trimming seams, cutting interfacing and garment pieces
• Crafting: scrapbooking, felt, leather, vinyl and mixed-media projects

Who is this for? Makers, sewists and crafters who demand consistent, sharp performance from a 60mm rotary blade will find this Headley Tools 10-pack a cost-effective way to keep projects moving without frequent interruptions for sharpening or replacement. If you own a 60mm rotary cutter and work with layered fabrics, paper or mixed materials, these blades are a practical upgrade for cleaner, faster cutting.
