This special Candy Land edition blends the classic simple play of Hasbro’s timeless race-to-the-finish gameplay with iconic Disney Princess characters like Cinderella, Rapunzel, and Ariel. Designed for 2 to 3 players and recommended for ages 3 and up, the game features a vividly illustrated board that takes children through eight themed lands and familiar Disney scenes. Play is driven by drawing color cards, making the mechanics easy for preschoolers and ideal for short family play sessions or gifts for holidays and birthdays.

How does Candy Land Disney Princess Edition keep gameplay simple for preschoolers?

Players move their princess movers by matching drawn color cards to spaces on the board, so no reading or counting is required. This keeps turns quick and understandable for young children while still involving recognizable characters and gentle surprises.

• Color-card movement system that children can follow visually
• No reading or complex rules — perfect for pre-readers
• Short playtime suitable for limited attention spans

What characters and board features are included in this Disney Princess version?

The board showcases Disney scenes and characters from several films to create a storybook route through candy-colored locations. Players choose from three princess movers and encounter themed spaces, including a special Maleficent dragon space that causes a skipped turn, adding a mild strategic twist to the simple race.

• Playable princesses: Cinderella, Rapunzel, and Ariel
• Illustrated spaces featuring characters from classic Disney films
• One penalty space (Maleficent’s dragon) for a surprise setback

How long does a typical game take, and how many can play?
