HARDELL 6" Digital Caliper Rechargeable All-Metal with Backlit LCD — 0–6in, ±0.001" Accuracy

HARDELL's 6-inch rechargeable digital caliper is an all-metal measuring tool that delivers precise external, internal, depth and step readings with a backlit LCD and long-lasting battery.

This caliper pairs shop-grade accuracy with modern convenience: a USB-C rechargeable cell that supports months of typical use, a bright backlit display for low-light conditions and a hardened metal slide for reliable results. It reads in inches, millimeters and fractions, and offers four practical measurement modes to cover most DIY, workshop and professional tasks.

How accurate is this caliper for fine measurements?

The HARDELL caliper measures from 0 to 6 inches with a resolution down to 0.0005" and typical accuracy of ±0.001" (±0.02 mm), making it suitable for model making, 3D printing verification, and precision parts inspection. Its rigid metal construction helps hold calibration during normal workshop use.

• Range: 0–6 inches (0–150 mm)
• Resolution: 0.0005" (0.01 mm option)
• Specified accuracy: ±0.001" / ±0.02 mm
• All-metal body to resist flex and magnetic interference

What power and display features help on the job?

This model uses a built-in rechargeable battery accessed via USB-C. A short 2-minute top-up gives immediate use and a full 20-minute charge supports roughly four months of typical intermittent measuring; the display also includes a backlight for reading in dim environments.

• Recharge: 2 minutes usable, 20 minutes full charge
• Runtime: around four months with regular hobby or light shop use
• Backlit LCD with a dedicated light button; light auto-off after 5 seconds
• Auto power-off after ~5 minutes to save charge

Which measurement modes and units are available?

Switch quickly between inches, millimeters and fractional displays and choose from external, internal, depth and step measurement modes. This flexibility makes the caliper fit for electricians checking conduit, jewelers verifying fittings, and woodworkers sizing joinery.

• Units: inch / mm / fraction
• Modes: external, internal, depth, step
• Fast toggling for comparative or layout work

How durable and safe is the construction?

The caliper's body and slider are made from metal for smooth travel and long service life; polished edges and a thumb roller improve ergonomics for repetitive measuring. Follow charging guidance to avoid damage to the electronics and preserve the warranty.

• Robust all-metal construction resists wear and magnetic interference
• Ergonomic thumb roller and polished edges for comfort
• Use 5V USB adapter and supplied USB-C cable; avoid adapters above 7V
• Do not use Type-C-to-Type-C cables that may be incompatible with charging protocol

Who this is for: the HARDELL 6" rechargeable digital caliper suits hobbyists, makers, trade professionals and precision-minded DIYers who need a single, durable measuring tool for parts inspection, model building, 3D-print checks, woodworking details and light electrical fitting. It balances lab-style accuracy with practical, battery-efficient features for everyday workshop use. A one-year warranty backs the product and HARDELL support is available for charging or operation questions.
