This compact, full-color planner was created for women who want a softer, more encouraging way to form habits without pressure. The A5 spiral format makes it portable and easy to write in, while the 108 vibrant pages break a 75-day goal into manageable daily logs, weekly reviews, and simple habit prompts. Thoughtful sections for meals, hydration, workouts, reading, mood and sleep let you track the small, repeatable actions that add up over time.

How does the 75-day layout help me build consistent habits?

The journal spaces each day with clear micro-tasks that reduce decision fatigue and support momentum. Small daily wins are recorded alongside weekly reflections so you can spot trends and adjust routines without feeling overwhelmed.

• Daily checkboxes for key habits (meal plan, 3L water, workout, reading).
• Weekly review pages to summarize progress and revise goals.
• Built-in pacing: 75 focused days designed to form sustainable habits.

Will this fit into my bag and stand up to daily use?

Yes — the A5 dimensions (8.3 x 5.8 inches) slide easily into most purses, gym totes and backpacks. The lay-flat spiral binding and durable matte-laminated cover mean it writes smoothly and resists wear throughout your challenge.

• Compact A5 size for carry-anywhere convenience.
• Sturdy spiral binding for easy, comfortable writing on any surface.
• 600–700gsm matte-laminated cover protects against scuffs and spills.

What tracking sections are included and why do they matter?

The interior is structured to capture practical, high-impact daily actions and small metrics that influence well-being. Tracking meals, hydration, workout minutes, reading goals, and mood/sleep helps you connect behaviors to how you feel, making it easier to reinforce what works.

• Meal planning area to reduce decision fatigue and improve routine.
• 3L water tracker and workout logs (45-min + active recovery) for consistent movement and hydration.
• Reading target (10+ pages), plus mood/sleep notes and space for reflection.

How is the paper and printing quality for daily writing?

The journal uses thick 100gsm paper that prevents most bleed and ghosting, so you can use a variety of pens comfortably. Full-color design across both sides of each page keeps the layout engaging and motivating throughout the entire 75-day period.

• 100gsm interior paper suitable for gel, ballpoint, and many markers.
• Vibrant, double-sided full-color printing for visual appeal and clarity.
• 108 pages total: 75 daily logs plus weekly reviews and reflection space.
