GU Energy Chews portable gummy fuel, Assorted 12 single-serve bags — 24 servings, electrolytes & BCAAs

GU Energy Chews are bite-sized, portable gummy gels that deliver quick carbohydrates, electrolytes, and amino acids to help sustain energy during workouts and long days.

These mini GU Energy Chews come in an assorted-flavor pack of 12 single-serving bags, with each bag holding sixteen small chews (two servings per bag). Designed for athletes and active people who need convenient fueling, each serving provides 90 calories, 23–24 grams of carbohydrates, 400 mg of BCAAs and amino acids per package (spread across servings), and 40 mg of sodium to help replace minerals lost through sweat. The chews are vegan, gluten-free, kosher, and Informed Choice Certified, making them easy to slip into a pocket or jersey for on-the-go fueling.

How do these chews fit into my workout or race fueling plan?

GU Energy Chews supply fast and sustained carbs to maintain blood glucose and muscle energy during exercise. Because the chews combine simple and complex carbohydrates, they can give a quick uptick in energy while supporting continued performance without sudden spikes and crashes.

• 90 calories per serving; 23–24 g carbs formulated with maltodextrin and fructose.
• Two servings per bag let you pace intake over time.
• Portable single-serve bags are easy to use during training, rides, or races.

What nutrients are in each serving and why do they matter?

Each eight-chew serving delivers a blend of carbohydrates, a measured amount of sodium, and amino acids. These elements address immediate energy needs, electrolyte replacement, and muscle support without bulky packaging or liquid.

• 23–24 g carbs per serving for sustained fuel.
• 40 mg sodium per serving to support fluid balance during sweat loss.
• BCAAs and amino acids included to support muscle performance during longer efforts.

Which flavors and caffeine options come in the assorted pack?

The assorted pack mixes GU’s flavor lineup, including options that contain caffeine for a mild stimulant effect and non-caffeinated variants for late-day use. Exact flavor distribution may vary, but the assortment is designed to let you choose chews with or without caffeine based on preference and timing.

• Combination of caffeinated and non-caffeinated flavors in the 12-bag pack.
• Individual bags make it simple to select a caffeine or caffeine-free serving.
• Flavor variety helps reduce palate fatigue during long events or multi-day use.

How should I use the chews for best results and convenience?

Eat the chews before or during activity based on your fueling plan: take one serving (8 chews) about every 45–60 minutes during prolonged exercise, or split servings across key moments to match intensity. Because each bag contains two servings, you can open one bag and consume chews as needed without carrying bulk.

• Consume 1 serving (8 chews) every 45–60 minutes during extended exercise.
• Open one bag and eat chews gradually—bags are resealable for short-term storage.
• Pair with water to help carbohydrate absorption and electrolyte balance.

Who is this for: GU Energy Chews are formulated for endurance athletes, cyclists, runners, hikers, and busy active people who want a compact, easy-to-eat source of carbohydrates, sodium, and amino acids. The assorted 12-bag pack suits those who value variety and single-serving convenience—especially athletes who need portable fuel during long training sessions, races, or multi-hour events. These chews are also suitable for anyone seeking certified, allergen-friendly (vegan, gluten-free, kosher) sports nutrition options.
