Grüns Adult Greens Gummies & Daily Multivitamin, 28 ct — Strawberry-Green, Methylated B12 & Prebiotic Fiber

Grüns Adult Greens Gummies combine a daily multivitamin with whole-fruit-and-vegetable extracts, prebiotic fiber, and methylated B12 in a chewable strawberry-green gummy.

These 28-count gummies are formulated to deliver more than a standard multivitamin: they bring a blend of 20+ vitamins and minerals, plant-based greens, a prebiotic fiber boost, and adaptogenic support in a convenient chew. Designed for people who find pills inconvenient or dislike powders, the gummies provide methylated B12 (MTHFR-friendly) and key nutrients like vitamins A, C, D3, K2, folate, biotin, zinc, and iron, with many nutrients reaching up to 100% Daily Value. The product comes in both low-sugar and sugar-free options and is free from common allergens and artificial additives.

How do these gummies fit into a daily routine?

One gummy replaces or complements a traditional multivitamin while adding plant-based greens and prebiotic fiber for digestive balance. They’re easy to take anytime—no mixing or swallowing capsules—making them suitable for a busy morning or a midday pick-me-up.

• Single chewable serving simplifies supplementation.
• Prebiotic fiber supports digestion and regularity.
• Available low-sugar and sugar-free to match dietary needs.

What nutrients and scientific backing are included?

Grüns packs 20+ vitamins and minerals, including methylated B12 and folate for better absorption in individuals with common methylation variants. Ingredients have been studied in peer-reviewed research and the formula was examined in a 12-week placebo-controlled study for improved nutrient absorption.

• Vitamins A, B6, B12 (methylated), C, D3, E, K2, and folate.
• Biotin, zinc, iron, and other essential minerals up to 100% DV.
• Clinically tested ingredients with a 12-week double-blind study showing absorption benefits.

How do these gummies support gut health and digestion?

Each gummy delivers a concentrated prebiotic fiber blend that outpaces many greens powders, aiming to nourish beneficial gut bacteria and help maintain regular bowel movements. The fiber source is plant-based and formulated to integrate smoothly into daily use without gritty texture.

• Three times the fiber of leading greens powder per serving.
• Prebiotics designed to feed healthy gut microbes.
• Gummy format avoids the chalky or gritty feel of powders.

Are these gummies suitable for restricted diets?

Grüns gummies are plant-based and formulated to be vegan, gluten-free, and free from dairy, nuts, and artificial additives—making them compatible with many dietary restrictions. Third-party testing adds a layer of quality assurance for those seeking independently verified supplements.

• Vegan-friendly formulation, no animal-derived ingredients.
• Free from common allergens: dairy and nuts excluded.
• Third-party tested and available in low-sugar or sugar-free varieties.

Who is this for: Grüns Adult Greens Gummies are aimed at adults who want an all-in-one chewable supplement that blends multivitamin coverage with plant-based greens and prebiotic fiber.
