Whether you’re cooking for one or two, this compact black air fryer fits into tight kitchens while delivering versatile cooking options. With a 4-quart basket, FryForce 360° circulation, and temperatures from 90°F to 400°F (32°C–200°C), it’s designed to produce browned, textured results quickly. The digital controls and preset buttons simplify routine tasks, and removable nonstick parts reduce cleanup time.

How does the Gourmia air fryer save time in my daily cooking?

The unit preheats quickly and cooks faster than many conventional ovens because its compact cavity and FryForce 360° airflow concentrate heat. Presets remove guesswork so you can start and walk away without constant checking.

• 12 one-touch presets for common dishes—set and go.
• 1300 watts for rapid heating and shorter cook times.
• Wide temperature range (90°F–400°F) for flexible recipes.

Can I get crispy results with little or no oil?

The FryForce 360° technology circulates hot air around food to create a crispy exterior while using minimal oil compared with deep frying. This approach works well for fries, wings, and breaded snacks that benefit from even browning.

• Airflow design promotes uniform crisping and browning.
• Nonstick basket helps foods crisp without sticking.
• Good for re-crisping leftovers and reducing added fats.

What fits in the 4-quart basket and how many people can it serve?

The 4-quart capacity is ideal for personal portions or meals for two—think a couple of chicken breasts, a family-sized batch of snacks, or a small roast. It’s not intended for large family feasts but excels for everyday quick meals.

• Perfect for 1–2 people or side dishes for larger meals.
• Fits fries, wings, small roasts, and single-pan dinners.
• Compact footprint (12.5" D x 11" W x 13" H) conserves counter space.

How easy is the Gourmia air fryer to clean and maintain?

Cleanup is straightforward: the basket and crisper tray have nonstick coatings and are dishwasher-safe, while the exterior wipes down easily. Removing and rinsing the components after use prevents buildup and keeps the performance consistent.

• Dishwasher-safe basket and crisper tray for fast cleanup.
• Nonstick interior reduces stuck-on food and oil residue.
• Simple removable parts make regular maintenance quick.

Who this is for: The Gourmia 4 Qt air fryer is aimed at individuals, couples, small households, and anyone with limited counter space who wants a versatile, energy-efficient alternative to deep frying and large ovens.
