Gourmia 10 Qt Dual‑Basket Air Fryer — Stainless Steel, Two 5‑Qt Independent Baskets & 7 Presets

The Gourmia 10 Qt Dual Basket Stainless Steel Air Fryer is a family-size countertop cooker with two independent 5‑quart baskets that let you prepare two different dishes at once using hot-air crisping instead of large amounts of oil.

This dual-basket air fryer combines a roomy 10‑quart capacity with Gourmia’s FryForce 360° airflow to deliver even browning and a crisp finish without deep‑frying. It’s built for households that want versatility and speed: program two separate meals side‑by‑side, sync their finish times, or mirror settings across both baskets for larger batches. The stainless steel exterior gives a modern look while removable nonstick baskets and trays simplify cleanup.

How can I cook two different foods at the same time?

The dual five‑quart baskets operate independently so you can set distinct temperatures and times for each side. This is ideal for pairing mains and sides without flavor transfer or mismatch in doneness.

• Two removable 5‑quart baskets for separate recipes
• Independent temperature and timer controls per basket
• Smart finish synchronizes both baskets to complete together
• Match Cook duplicates one basket’s settings to the other for full batches

What cooking features and presets are included?

The Gourmia air fryer includes seven one‑touch presets to simplify everyday cooking tasks, from fries to baking. Use these presets for quick start convenience or manually adjust time and temperature for custom results.

• 7 one‑touch functions for common foods and methods
• Digital controls for precise temperature and timing
• Match Cook and smart finish for coordinated cooking
• FryForce 360° airflow for consistent, oil‑light crisping

How easy is cleaning and maintenance?

Baskets and crisper trays feature nonstick finishes and are dishwasher‑safe, cutting scrubbing time. The stainless steel exterior wipes clean quickly, and removable parts slide out for efficient washing.

• Two nonstick crisper trays and baskets included
• Dishwasher‑safe removable parts for fast cleanup
• Stainless steel case resists stains and wipes clean
• Simple pull‑out baskets for safe handling and rinsing

What kind of results can I expect compared to traditional frying?

Using FryForce 360° technology, this air fryer circulates heated air to brown food textures similarly to frying but with little to no oil. Expect crispy exteriors and tender interiors across a wide range of ingredients, from vegetables to proteins.

• Rapid hot‑air circulation for even crisping
• Reduced oil use while keeping crunchy textures
• Consistent results across both baskets thanks to matched airflow
• Programmable controls for repeatable outcomes

Who is this for: The Gourmia 10 Qt Dual Basket Air Fryer fits families and home cooks who need larger capacity and multi‑dish flexibility—people who want the convenience of preset cooking, the option to run two recipes simultaneously, and easier cleanup. It’s also a good choice for those replacing an oven for smaller batches, or anyone seeking a stainless steel countertop appliance that balances performance and style without complex maintenance.
