GOTIDEAL Pre-Stretched Cotton Canvas Set, 14-Pack — Multiple Sizes, Pre-Primed for Acrylics & Oils

GOTIDEAL's 14-piece pre-stretched cotton canvas set supplies artists with five versatile sizes, archival gesso priming, and sturdy wooden frames ready for painting.

This assortment bundles professionally finished canvases so you can start your next acrylic, oil, or mixed-media project without extra prep. The pack includes multiple small and mid-size boards ideal for studies, gift pieces, classroom activities, and gallery-ready work. Each panel is pre-primed with acid-free gesso on medium-grain cotton and firmly stretched over a kiln-dried wooden frame to resist warping and provide a consistent painting surface.

What sizes are included and why does that variety matter?

The set contains 14 canvases across five dimensions to cover sketching, studies, and finished pieces. Small canvases are great for experiments and gifts, mid sizes suit portraits and landscapes, and larger boards give you room for detailed or decorative work.

• 4 x 4 inches — compact studies, ornaments, or practice pieces
• 4 x 6 inches — small portraits or travel-friendly work
• 5 x 7 inches (4 pcs) — popular for greeting cards and framed gifts
• 8 x 10 inches — standard size for finished compositions
• 11 x 14 inches — more surface area for detailed or statement pieces

How ready are these canvases to use right away?

Each board arrives pre-stretched and sealed with a layer of acid-free acrylic gesso, so you can begin layering pigments without sanding or priming. The medium-grain cotton surface holds paints and mediums well while avoiding excessive absorption that wastes paint.

• Pre-coated archival gesso saves setup time
• Medium grain balances texture and detail control
• Secured with nails to minimize frame distortion

Are these canvases durable and suitable for long-term preservation?

The wooden stretcher frames are nailed and designed to keep the canvas taut, reducing the chance of sagging over time. Using acid-free materials helps protect finished paintings from yellowing, making these boards appropriate for storage, gifting, or sale.

• Kiln-dried wood frames resist warping
• Acid-free gesso improves archival stability
• Quality construction supports framing and display

What painting methods work best on these canvases?

These cotton canvases accommodate acrylics, oils, gouache, and mixed media. The surface texture supports layering and blending, and the board construction tolerates washes and medium-heavy paint without pronounced sagging.

• Acrylics adhere cleanly and dry consistently
• Oils perform well with proper drying and ventilation
• Mixed media and collage can be applied with appropriate adhesives
