GOOTOP Replacement Bulb for Zap T6 Pro K15 T9 X3 — 15W U-Shaped 4-Pin, 2-Pack

GOOTOP 15W U-shaped replacement bulb: a direct-fit twin-tube 4-pin UV lamp designed to restore attraction and zapper performance in compatible outdoor mosquito zappers.

If your outdoor bug zapper has dimmed or stopped attracting insects, replacing the lamp is the quickest way to recover performance. These GOOTOP replacement tubes are engineered to match the electrical and physical fit of Zap T6 Pro, K15, T9, and X3 models, delivering the same 365nm blue-violet wavelength that lures flying pests toward the high-voltage grid.

Will this bulb fit my zapper model?

These bulbs are made with a standard 4-pin base and a U-shaped twin-tube form factor intended for specific outdoor zapper models. Confirming fit requires checking both the tube length and the four-pin socket in your unit before ordering.

• Compatible models: Zap T6 Pro, K15, T9, X3.
• Physical size: approximately 7.75 inches long, 1.77 inches wide, 0.9 inches high.
• Base type: 4-pin connector for a secure electrical fit.
• Measure existing tube length and pin layout to ensure proper replacement.

How bright and effective is the light at attracting insects?

The lamp emits 15 watts of ultraviolet light centered around 365nm, a wavelength commonly used in insect-attracting lamps. It produces a visible blue-violet glow that insects detect and move toward, increasing encounters with the zapper grid.

• 15W power rating for consistent UV output.
• 365nm peak wavelength tuned for insect attraction.
• U-shaped twin tubes expand the glowing surface area for wider reach.
• Replaces aging or broken bulbs to restore original attraction levels.

How do I install and maintain the replacement tubes safely?

Installation is straightforward but requires basic safety steps: power down and unplug the zapper, allow any heat to dissipate, remove the old lamp carefully, and install the new 4-pin tube by aligning and gently pressing into the socket. Regular visual checks help keep the unit working at peak efficiency.

• Always unplug the unit before replacing the bulb.
• Handle glass tubes by the base or use a cloth to avoid oils and fingerprints.
• Inspect socket pins for corrosion or damage before installing.
• Replace in pairs if multiple tubes are present to balance brightness.

What troubleshooting or lifespan expectations should I have?

Like all fluorescent-style UV lamps, output gradually declines over time. If attraction drops significantly despite a new bulb, check wiring, transformer, and the zapper’s grid. Typical usable life varies with operating hours and environmental conditions.

• Light output diminishes gradually; replace when attraction declines noticeably.
• Exposure to moisture or extreme heat can shorten lamp life.
• If new bulb doesn’t light, verify socket condition and power to the unit.
• Keep a spare pair on hand for prompt replacement in peak season.

Who is this for? This two-pack of GOOTOP 15W U-shaped 4-pin replacement bulbs is for owners of compatible outdoor zapper models who need a reliable, direct-fit lamp to restore insect attraction. It’s suitable for homeowners, property managers, and anyone maintaining outdoor pest-control devices who wants a quick, economical way to refresh zapper performance without replacing the entire unit.
