Goliath Banana Blast preschool action game, Green treetop set with spring-loaded monkey and 24-piece puzzle

Goliath Banana Blast is a fast-paced preschool action game where players pull plastic bananas from a tree until a spring-loaded monkey pops out.

Ideal for family game night and classroom play, Banana Blast combines surprise, quick reflexes, and counting in a compact set that includes a colorful 24-piece puzzle. Players roll a die to determine how many bananas to remove; one banana triggers Banana Joe to jump, creating a scramble to catch him for bonus points. The simple rules and tactile components keep young children engaged while encouraging turn-taking and hand-eye coordination.

How do you play Banana Blast and what happens during a turn?

Each player rolls the die and pulls that many bananas from the treetop one at a time. Bananas are removed until the monkey springs free; if Banana Joe jumps, everyone tries to catch him—catching yields a bonus. After a round, players count their bananas; the highest total wins.

• Roll the die to set the number of banana pulls.
• Pull bananas sequentially until the monkey launches.
• Catching the monkey earns a bonus reward for that round.
• Count collected bananas at game end to decide the winner.

What skills does Banana Blast build for preschoolers?

Banana Blast promotes fine motor control, quick reaction times, and cooperative play through its physical pulling and grabbing actions. The counting element reinforces basic number skills while taking turns strengthens social development. Because the jumping banana changes each round, it also sharpens anticipation and decision-making under excitement.

• Fine motor practice from grasping and pulling small pieces.
• Hand-eye coordination improved by aiming to catch the monkey.
• Counting practice during scorekeeping and after rounds.
• Turn-taking and social interaction encouraged by multiplayer play.

Parts are molded from child-safe plastic designed for repeated play and active handling; the puzzle adds a quieter activity that complements the game. How long does a typical game last and what age is it for?

A single session usually runs 10–20 minutes, making it suitable for short attention spans and quick family rounds. The game is designed for ages 4 and up and supports 2–5 players, so it fits both one-on-one play and small groups. Because rounds are quick, it’s easy to play multiple games back-to-back without loss of interest.
