GIOTOHUN Stainless Steel Cat Water Fountain 2.2L with 4-Stage Filtration — Quiet Pump, Dual Flow Modes

GIOTOHUN Stainless Steel Cat Water Fountain is a 2.2L automatic drinking station with a rust-resistant SUS 304 basin, a whisper-quiet pump, and a four-stage filtration set for consistently fresh water.

This automatic cat fountain supplies flowing water that encourages pets to drink more while reducing the need for constant refills. Built from durable stainless steel, it resists rust, cleans easily, and holds up to 74 ounces (2.2 liters) — enough to support many cats for several days between refills. The fountain offers two flow styles (faucet and fountain) to suit different pet preferences and includes replacement filters and sponges to keep water clear.

How does this fountain keep my cat’s water cleaner?

The fountain uses a four-stage filtration system that tackles taste, hardness, hair and fine particles to deliver clearer-tasting water. Filters and sponges are replaceable so filtration stays effective over time.

• Activated carbon removes odors and improves flavor.
• Ion-exchange resin reduces water hardness and minerals.
• Non-woven fabric traps pet hair and visible debris.
• High-density sponge on the pump captures fine particles before circulation.

Will the fountain be quiet enough for a bedroom or living room?

Yes — the upgraded pump operates under 25 dB, quieter than a whisper, so it’s suitable for sleeping areas and calm living spaces. The pump is also low-power (0.8 W), reducing energy use and keeping operation economical.

• Noise level under 25 dB for minimal disturbance.
• 0.8 W power draw keeps running costs low.
• Recommended biweekly pump cleaning prevents clogs and preserves silence.

Which flow mode should I use for my pet?

The fountain offers two distinct flows to match feline habits and body types. Faucet-style flow mimics running tap water to entice many cats, while the lower fountain flow is easier for shorter pets to access comfortably.

• Faucet flow imitates tap water for picky drinkers.
• Fountain mode provides a lower, gentle stream for small or senior cats.
• Simple switching between modes adapts to pet preference without tools.

How easy is maintenance and what parts will I need?

The fountain disassembles quickly for routine cleaning and filter changes; GIOTOHUN recommends swapping the cartridge every two weeks for best performance. Replacement filters, sponges and parts are available from the GIOTOHUN store to keep the unit working long-term.

• Tool-free assembly and disassembly for fast cleaning.
• Replacement cartridge model available via SKU search (B0DFMBP2BJ).
• Keep an outlet nearby: the unit requires a corded power source to operate.
