Gillette ProGlide Razor Blade Refills 4-Pack — Five-Blade Cartridges with Lubrastrip & Precision Trimmer

Gillette ProGlide razor refills are five-blade cartridges designed to deliver a close, comfortable shave with an enhanced lubrication strip and a precision trimmer.

These refill cartridges bring Gillette’s ProGlide engineering to your existing compatible handle, combining ultra-sharp blades, an enlarged lubrication strip, and stabilizing technology that helps blades glide smoothly while tracking facial contours. Each cartridge is built to provide consistent performance for multiple shaves, while the flip-side trimmer helps define edges and tackle tricky areas like under the nose and along sideburns.

How do these refills make daily shaving easier?

The ProGlide refills reduce drag and irritation through anti-friction blades and an upgraded lubricating strip that improves glide. Blade spacing stays consistent thanks to a stabilization system, so each pass feels controlled and smoother than many basic cartridges.

• Five ultra-sharp blades for reduced pressure and closer strokes
• Larger lubrication strip to minimize tugging and irritation
• Blade stabilization maintains consistent cutting performance

How long will one cartridge last before it needs replacing?

Each ProGlide refill is designed to deliver reliable shaves across many uses, with Gillette engineering estimating up to 20 shaves per cartridge under normal conditions. Actual lifespan depends on beard coarseness, shave frequency, and maintenance, but the larger Lubrastrip also signals when performance is declining by fading in color.

• Engineered for up to about 20 shaves per refill under typical use
• Lubrastrip fades to indicate reduced lubrication and effectiveness
• Proper rinsing and drying after use helps extend cartridge life

What extra features help with precision and hard-to-reach areas?

The cartridge includes a narrow precision trimmer on the back that lets you sculpt facial hair and reach tight zones such as under the nose and around sideburns. Microfins and a guiding microcomb prepare and align hair for the blades, ensuring cleaner edge work and fewer missed hairs.

• Flip-side precision trimmer for shaping and detailing
• Soft microfins gently stretch skin for an even cut
• Microcomb guides hairs into the blades for efficient trimming

Will these cartridges fit my Gillette handle?

Gillette ProGlide refills are compatible with most Gillette 5-blade handles, providing an easy swap-in replacement for existing setups. Note that they are not compatible with GilletteLabs handles; check your handle model if uncertain before purchasing.

• Fits all standard Gillette 5-blade handles (except GilletteLabs)
• Quick snap-on cartridge change for fast replacement
• Compatible with common Gillette handle styles for convenience

Who is this for: These Gillette ProGlide 4-pack refills suit men looking for a closer, more comfortable routine without switching handles — ideal for daily shavers, those who need clean edges, and users who prefer cartridges that balance longevity with glide. If you want an upgrade from basic multi-blade cartridges or need a precision trimmer for styling, these refills are built to fit into your existing shaving habit and deliver consistent performance.
