Gillette Fusion5 ProGlide 5-Count Replacement Blades — Five Blades, Precision Trimmer, Lubrastrip

Gillette Fusion5 ProGlide razor blade refills are five-blade cartridges engineered to deliver a close, comfortable shave with a precision trimmer and enhanced lubrication strip.

These replacement cartridges are built for men who want consistent shave performance without changing handles. Each refill uses five ultrasharp blades with anti-friction coating, a larger Lubrastrip for improved glide, a microfin guard and a microcomb to guide hair, plus a precision trimmer on the back for detailing. The cartridges snap into any Gillette 5-blade Fusion-compatible handle (excluding GilletteLabs) so you can keep the handle you prefer while swapping in fresh blades.

How do these refills improve shave comfort?

The ProGlide refills focus on minimizing tug and pull by using thin, anti-friction blades and stable blade spacing. A larger Lubrastrip helps the cartridge glide smoothly over skin, and microfins gently flatten hairs ahead of the blades for a more even cut.

• Five ultrathin blades reduce friction and irritation
• Expanded Lubrastrip provides longer glide and visual fade indicator
• Microfins smooth skin so blades meet more hair uniformly

Will one refill last long enough to be practical?

Each Fusion5 ProGlide cartridge is rated to provide up to 30 shaves under typical use patterns (based on three shaves per week). Actual longevity depends on beard coarseness, shaving technique, and frequency, but many users find each refill offers multiple weeks of reliable performance.

• Manufacturer estimate: up to 30 shaves per cartridge
• Durability varies with beard thickness and care routines
• Lubrastrip fades to signal when performance is declining

Are these cartridges compatible with my razor handle?

Gillette Fusion5 ProGlide refills are designed to fit all Gillette Fusion5 and ProGlide five-blade handles, making replacement simple. They are not compatible with GilletteLabs devices, so double-check your handle model before purchasing.

• Compatible with Fusion5 and ProGlide handles
• Easy snap-in mounting for quick cartridge swaps
• Not compatible with GilletteLabs handles

How can I use the precision trimmer effectively?

The narrow precision trimmer on the back of each cartridge is ideal for shaping sideburns, trimming under the nose, and defining facial hair edges. Use short, controlled strokes and hold the skin taut for accurate lines without overcutting.

• Use trimmer for detail work and hard-to-reach spots
• Short strokes and light pressure improve control
• Follow up with the five blades for a close finish

Who is this for: Gillette Fusion5 ProGlide razor blade refills are suited to men seeking an everyday cartridge that balances closeness and comfort, users who already own a compatible five-blade Gillette handle, and anyone who values a visible lubrication indicator and a built-in precision trimmer for grooming details. If you shave multiple times a week and want cartridges that offer extended usability with easy replacement, this 5-count pack delivers reliable, store-ready refills that keep your preferred handle performing like new.
