gianotter Metal Mesh Desk Organizer with File Holder – Black, Stacked Trays, Pen Cups

gianotter Metal Mesh Desk Organizers and Accessories is a multi-compartment metal desktop system that corrals papers, pens and small tools into a compact, durable station to free up workspace.

Clutter steals time and focus; this gianotter organizer assembles quickly and mounts essential storage—stacked trays for papers, a vertical file rack, twin pen cups and a small sliding drawer—so frequently used items stay visible and accessible. Made from wire mesh and reinforced steel with a protective epoxy finish, the unit resists rust and stands up to daily use. It’s sized to fit home offices, cubicles, dorm desks and creative studios where surface area matters.

How does this organizer help me find items faster?

The open mesh design and separated compartments make it easy to see contents at a glance. Each tray and holder has a dedicated purpose—incoming mail, active projects, writing tools—so you can build a repeatable spot for each category and reduce search time.

• Four horizontal trays for sorting documents by priority or project.
• Vertical file rack for folders, notebooks or magazines upright and visible.
• Two pen cups keep pens, markers and scissors within reach.
• Small sliding drawer for clips, sticky notes and small accessories.

Is it sturdy enough for daily office use?

Yes—the organizer combines metal mesh panels with solid steel supports for stable stacking and long-lasting structure. The epoxy coating protects against moisture and scuffs, extending usable life even in busy work areas.

• Reinforced steel frame for improved rigidity and balance.
• Mesh construction reduces weight while maintaining strength.
• Epoxy finish resists rust and surface wear in humid environments.

How easy is setup and maintenance?

Assembly is tool-free and designed to be completed in minutes using the included instructions—snap or slide parts into place and tighten the fasteners. Cleaning is simple: wipe with a damp cloth to remove dust or pencil shavings and dry immediately to maintain the finish.

• Quick, tool-free assembly—finished in about three minutes for most users.
• Routine cleaning with a soft cloth prevents dust buildup.
• Check and tighten bracket screws during initial setup for stability.

What items fit in the file holder and trays?

The vertical file rack accommodates letter- and A4-size folders, thin binders and magazines, while the trays work well for envelopes, loose papers and smaller notebooks. The drawer is sized for small office supplies so they don’t get lost under stacks of paper.

• Letter and A4 documents sit upright in the vertical file rack.
• Trays fit envelopes, project printouts and slim notebooks.
• Drawer stores clips, erasers, sticky notes and other small items.
