Generic 14-Inch RV Roof Vent Cover Replacement — 2-Pack Low-Profile UV-Resistant Vent Lid with Hardware

Jack Boss 14-inch RV roof vent cover is a UV-resistant, low-profile replacement designed to fit 14 x 14 inch vents and improve airflow and weather protection for campers, trailers, and motorhomes.

If your RV vent lid is cracked, yellowed, or no longer seals, the Jack Boss 14 x 14-inch replacement cover provides a direct-fit swap with durable materials and the hardware you need to install right away. Sold as a two-pack, these vent covers are molded from UV-stable polypropylene and include screws, nuts and small tools to streamline the swap. The design emphasizes a low profile for reduced wind resistance, a reinforced center beam for stability, and a long continuous hinge to adjust opening angle and ventilation.

Will this cover fit my camper or motorhome vent?

Yes — the Jack Boss cover is sized for standard 14 x 14 inch roof vents and is compatible with many common vent models. It is specifically made to replace older Ventline vents (pre-2008) and Elixir vents (from 1994 onward), and it works with most modern RV, trailer and camper vent openings.

• Exact external dimensions: 14 x 14 x 3.25 inches for direct replacement.
• Compatible with many OEM vent frames and aftermarket vent openings.
• Includes mounting screws and nuts for straightforward attachment.

How durable is the Jack Boss vent cover in sun and road conditions?

Durability is a focus: the cover is constructed from UV-resistant polypropylene that resists yellowing and becomes brittle less quickly than untreated plastics. A reinforced center support beam and extended hinge help the lid hold shape under wind and repeated use, so it maintains performance over seasons of travel.

• UV-stable material reduces sun damage and discoloration.
• Reinforced center beam adds structural support during highway speeds.
• Continuous hinge design minimizes stress points for longer life.

How easy is installation and what hardware is provided?

Installation is designed for DIY replacement with the included fasteners and small tools. Each package contains 13 screws, 13 nuts, a mini wrench and a mini screwdriver so you won’t need to hunt down extra parts for a standard swap.

• Two covers per pack so you can replace multiple vents at once.
• Comes with screws, nuts, mini wrench and mini screwdriver for on-site mounting.
• Low-profile flange helps line up with existing vent frames for simpler fitting.

How does the low-profile design affect ventilation and noise?

The lid’s low-profile shape balances airflow and reduced wind resistance, allowing fresh air to circulate while minimizing turbulence and noise at speed. The adjustable hinge lets you set the opening to the level of ventilation you want without a tall, wind-catching dome.

• Low profile lowers aerodynamic drag and wind noise on the road.
• Adjustable opening for variable airflow and comfort inside the RV.
• High-flow design helps exchange air while limiting rain intrusion when angled properly.

Who is this for? The Jack Boss 14-inch vent cover is for RV owners, camper renovators and fleet managers who need a reliable, cost-effective vent replacement that installs easily and resists sun damage. It suits anyone replacing old, cracked or yellowed vent lids on trailers, motorhomes or campers who want a two-pack option with included hardware for quick maintenance or upgrades.
