GBC Thermal Laminating Film Roll, 2-pack delivers glossy, durable 1.5 mil protection for posters, photos and classroom materials in a 25" x 500' format on a 1" core.

Designed for high-volume environments like schools, print shops and busy offices, this NAP I roll film keeps colors vivid while guarding documents from scuffs, spills and everyday wear. Each package contains two 25" x 500' rolls, wound on a 1" poly-in core for easy handling and compatibility with most thermal roll laminators. The glossy finish enhances color and contrast, and the 1.5 mil thickness balances protection with flexibility so laminated items remain manageable and display-ready.

How will this film fit my laminator and installation workflow?

The GBC NAP I roll uses a standard 1" core and is compatible with most thermal roll laminators, including popular classroom and office models. You can mount the film using GBC’s patented AutoGrip lightweight shafts or the conventional steel shafts with thumb screws and core chucks.

• Standard NAP I sizing: 25" width on a 1" core for broad compatibility
• AutoGrip shafts simplify loading and reduce setup time
• Also works with traditional steel shafts and thumb-screw chucks
• Fits common machines such as the GBC Ultima 65 and similar roll laminators

What protection and finish does the 1.5 mil glossy film provide?

The 1.5 mil thickness offers a protective layer that resists scratches and moisture while still allowing flexibility for folding or display. The glossy surface intensifies color and contrast, making photos, posters and signs appear more vibrant and professional.

• 1.5 mil thickness: protective but flexible for many project types
• Gloss finish enhances color saturation and clarity
• Reduces scuffs and everyday wear for frequently handled items
• Suitable for both small items and full-width posters or banners

How much film is included and how long will it last in heavy use?

Each roll supplies 500 linear feet of 25" wide film; the pack includes two rolls, giving a total of 1,000 feet of laminate. For schools and small print shops doing routine laminating—posters, charts and classroom materials—this quantity covers many months of steady use depending on job size and frequency.

• 25" width by 500' length per roll, two rolls in every pack
• Total of 1,000 feet of film for extended production runs
• Roll format minimizes changeovers compared with pouch systems
• Ideal for repeated laminating of signs, teaching aids and photos

Can I use this film for different project types and sizes?

Yes—NAP I roll film is versatile for a wide range of jobs, from small laminated tags to full-width posters. Its glossy finish is especially effective where color and visual impact matter, and the roll format accommodates continuous or custom-length laminating tasks.

• Works for posters, photos, menus, instructional charts and banners
• Continuous roll allows custom lengths—trim to exact size after laminating
• Gloss enhances printed materials, signage and visual aids
