How much paper and what sizes will this organizer hold?

The unit accepts standard letter and A4 documents across three horizontal trays and stores upright folders in two rear slots. Each horizontal tray measures about 12.4" x 8.05" x 2.2", giving room for stacks of mail, invoices, or incoming projects without folding.

• Three horizontal trays sized for letter/A4 documents.
• Two rear upright compartments for folders or thin binders.
• Overall dimensions: 12.4" L x 11.3" W x 9.4" H for desktop placement.

Is the organizer durable and easy to put together?

Yes — the organizer uses thick rounded metal and a mesh construction for long-lasting use, and it assembles quickly without tools. The metal finish resists daily scuffs, while the mesh reduces dust buildup and lets you spot papers fast.

• Thick rounded-metal frame for structural strength.
• Mesh trays and sides for visibility and airflow.
• Tool-free assembly for immediate desktop use.

How does this unit help me organize different types of paperwork?

The five compartments create a simple workflow: use the top tray for urgent items, middle for in-progress, bottom for archived or outgoing, and the rear slots for active folders or reference materials. This separation keeps frequently used documents within reach while preventing pileup on the desk surface.

• Top tray: immediate action or current-day items.
• Middle tray: active projects and ongoing paperwork.
• Bottom tray: completed or outgoing documents.
• Rear slots: folders, catalogs, or reference materials upright.

Where does this organizer fit best and how much desk space will it take?

The organizer is sized for small to medium desks, reception counters, or home office shelving. With a footprint of roughly 12.4" by 11.3", it clears most keyboards and leaves room for other desktop tools while maximizing vertical storage.

• Compact footprint ideal for limited desktop areas.
• Stacked trays save horizontal space by using vertical height.
• Black finish integrates with most office décors and equipment.
