Gas One 10QT Aluminum Fry Pot with Perforated Basket — Deep Outdoor Fryer with Soft-Grip Handles

Gas One 10QT Aluminum Cooking Pot with perforated basket is a durable, food-grade fryer built for even frying and easy handling—ideal for seafood, chicken, fries and outdoor cooking.

This 10-quart Gas One fryer pot combines lightweight, food-safe aluminum with a perforated strainer basket and anti-burn handles to make batch frying and boiling straightforward. It’s designed for home kitchens, backyard cookouts, camping trips and small catering jobs where consistent heat, quick draining and easy cleanup matter.

How does this pot make frying and draining easier?

The included perforated basket lifts contents cleanly out of hot oil or boiling water so you can drain quickly and safely. Its wide basket holds larger batches, while the pot’s depth reduces oil splatter and keeps cooking temperatures stable.

• Large perforated strainer for quick draining and even oil circulation
• Deep 10-quart capacity to cook bigger batches without overcrowding
• High-side walls minimize splatter for safer frying
• Lightweight aluminum that responds quickly to heat changes

Is the pot safe to handle and easy to use outdoors?

Gas One fitted this fryer with ergonomic, anti-burn handles so you can transport the pot with more control and less risk of slips or burns. The materials and finish are intended to resist stains and allow straightforward cleaning after outdoor use.

• Soft-grip handles that reduce heat transfer and improve hold
• Sturdy rim for steady lifting and pouring
• Durable finish resists oil residue and simplifies washing
• Works on propane burners, grills and standard backyard setups

What foods and cooking styles work best in this fryer?

The pot is versatile: crisping seafood, frying chicken, boiling shellfish, or making fries and onion rings all benefit from the basket and deep vessel. Use it for single large meals or multiple smaller batches at parties, seafood boils, tailgates and family dinners.

• Fried chicken, wings, nuggets and tenders
• Shrimp, crab, crawfish and mixed seafood boils
• French fries, onion rings, and other battered or breaded items
• Blanching or boiling vegetables and pasta in larger quantities

How do I maintain and clean this aluminum fryer for long life?

Routine care keeps the pot performing well: rinse promptly after use, avoid harsh scrubbing that can wear finishes, and dry thoroughly before storing. Occasional deep cleans remove stuck-on residue without damaging the metal.

• Rinse while warm to remove oil and food particles
• Use non-abrasive brushes or sponges and mild detergent
• Dry fully and store in a dry place to prevent discoloration
• Avoid metal scouring pads that can scratch the surface

Who is this for: The Gas One 10QT Aluminum Fry Pot is a practical pick for home cooks who want fast, consistent frying and easy draining; outdoor enthusiasts and backyard hosts who need a portable, reliable vessel; and anyone preparing seafood boils or larger batches of fried food without professional equipment.
