Garland Rug Artificial Grass Area Rug 7×10 ft Lush Green — Durable Polypropylene, Marine-Grade Backing

Garland Rug's Artificial Grass Area Rug (7 ft × 10 ft) reproduces the look of a verdant lawn while staying durable and easy to care for both indoors and outdoors. Bring a perpetually-green surface to patios, decks, playrooms, or event spaces without mowing, watering, or fertilizing. This 7×10 foot turf rug blends realistic color and texture with a resilient polypropylene construction and marine-grade backing so it handles moisture, foot traffic, and seasonal changes. Made in the USA, the piece ships folded and is designed to flatten out with normal use; dye lots may produce slight shade differences between batches.

How does this artificial grass rug perform outdoors?

The rug is built to resist weather and drain quickly so it can be used on patios, balconies, poolside areas, and light-traffic lawns. Its marine-style backing and quick-dry fibers reduce trapped moisture and help prevent odors or mildew when used in damp environments.

• Quick-drying polypropylene pile that sheds water after rain or cleaning
• Marine backing engineered to tolerate outdoor exposure
• Unbound edges for a seamless, natural look when placed on hardscape or soil
• Durability suited for moderate foot traffic and seasonal use

Will it work well indoors or in a play area?

Yes — the soft but sturdy turf provides a cushioned surface ideal for indoor playrooms, workout corners, and temporary showroom displays. Because it’s synthetic fiber, it avoids common issues of natural grass such as staining, mud, and allergens.

• Consistent texture for toys and pet activity
• Easy to sweep or hose off for spot cleaning
• Unbound perimeter lies flat against hard floors for a more natural transition
• Non-porous fibers that won’t support mold growth when kept ventilated

How do I install and care for the rug to keep it looking its best?

Installation is straightforward: lay the rug flat and allow time for fold creases to relax; cross-rolling against creases speeds this up. Routine care is minimal — regular brushing and occasional rinsing or spot-cleaning keep the blades upright and the color fresh.

• Shipped folded — expect temporary crease lines that will diminish in weeks
• Cross-roll against creases after unboxing to accelerate flattening
• Brush fibers periodically to maintain pile direction and appearance
• Hose down spills and debris; mild detergent cleans stubborn spots

Who is this for? Homeowners and renters who want the aesthetics of a green lawn without lawn care, apartment dwellers seeking balcony upgrades, families needing an easy-care play surface, and event planners wanting portable turf for displays. It’s also a practical choice for pet areas, temporary landscaping, and interior staging where a low-maintenance green surface is desired.
