Gamma2 Vittles Vault Airtight Pet Food Storage Container — 25 lb Capacity, BPA-Free HDPE, Double-Gasket Seal

The Gamma2 Vittles Vault is an airtight, food-safe plastic container designed to keep up to 25 pounds of dry pet food fresh, pest-free, and easy to serve.

This sealed pet food storage bin is made from durable BPA-free HDPE and uses Gamma Seal Technology — a threaded locking lid with double gaskets — to maintain a balanced moisture environment while preventing insects and rodents from accessing kibble, birdseed, or other dry feed. Built for everyday convenience, the Vittles Vault works well indoors or in covered outdoor spaces and is sized to accommodate different kibble shapes and densities; when in doubt, choose the next size up for a comfortable fit.

How does the airtight Gamma Seal keep food fresher?

The threaded Gamma2 lid locks down with twin gaskets to form a controlled seal that reduces air exchange and keeps ambient humidity from rapidly altering kibble texture. This slows stale odors and flavor loss without trapping condensation when used in a stable environment. It’s a simple mechanical solution that requires no batteries or chemicals.

• Threaded screw-down lid creates a tight mechanical seal
• Double rubber gaskets reduce air and moisture transfer
• Food-grade HDPE resists odors and staining
• Works with dry feeds like dog, cat, bird, and livestock kibble

Will this container keep pests out of my pet’s food?

Yes — the combination of a securely threaded lid and dual gaskets blocks small insects and ants while discouraging rodents from easy entry. Because the container is made from sturdy, shatter-resistant HDPE, it’s harder for pests to chew through compared with thin plastic bags or flimsy tubs. For outdoor use, place it in a covered, elevated spot to further reduce pest exposure.

• Sealed lid prevents ant and insect infiltration
• Durable HDPE body resists gnawing and cracking
• Keep off the ground and shielded from weather for best results

Is the Vittles Vault safe and easy to use day-to-day?

The container is manufactured from BPA-free, food-safe HDPE, so it’s suitable for storing pet food without imparting unwanted chemicals or tastes. The wide opening and screw-on lid make scooping and measuring simple, while the tough construction survives routine handling. Note: only larger Vittles Vault models (40 lb and 60 lb) are designed to stack if you need multiple bins.

• BPA-free, food-grade HDPE for safe storage
• Wide mouth simplifies scooping and cleaning
• Lightweight yet impact-resistant for longevity
• Stackable feature available on select larger sizes

How do I choose the right size for my pet’s kibble?

Capacity depends on kibble shape and density; a bag of fluffy, crunchy kibble takes more space than dense pellets. When unsure, round up to the next size to avoid overpacking and to allow air circulation. This 25-pound model fits many standard dog and cat diets, but check the kibble volume or bring a sample if you’re shopping in person.

• Estimate by kibble volume, not just bag weight
• Round up if you’re between sizes to prevent crowding
• Consider larger, stackable bins for multi-pet households

Who this is for: Pet owners who want a durable, food-safe storage solution that reduces waste, deters pests, and makes daily feeding easier. The Vittles Vault 25-pound container suits single-pet homes with medium kibble, small multi-pet setups, birdseed or small livestock feed storage, and anyone looking for a low-maintenance, long-lasting bin crafted in the USA.
