Focusound Acoustic Foam Panels 52-Pack 1" x 12" x 12" Wedge Tiles — 300 Adhesive Pads, Flame-Resistant Noise Reduction

Focusound 52-pack acoustic foam panels are 1" thick, 12" x 12" wedge-style tiles designed to reduce echoes and improve room acoustics for home studios, offices, and vocal booths.

These lightweight, triangular-groove foam tiles give a practical, budget-friendly way to tame reflections and reduce flutter in small to medium rooms without major construction. Each box contains 52 panels sized for flexible placement plus 300 double-sided adhesive pads to speed installation and protect walls. The foam’s density balances sound absorption and breathability while offering flame-resistant, non-toxic material for everyday use.

How will these panels change my room’s sound?

The wedge surface breaks up sound waves and converts reflective energy into tiny, harmless heat losses, lowering mid-to-high frequency reverberation. You’ll notice clearer dialogue, tighter instrument tracks, and fewer comb-filtering issues when microphones and speakers are placed near treated surfaces.

• Targets mid and high frequencies where vocal and cymbal reflections occur.
• Reduces flutter echoes between parallel walls when placed strategically.
• Improves intelligibility for calls, podcasts, or recordings.

How do I install these panels without damaging walls?

Focusound includes 300 strong double-sided adhesive pads so you can mount panels quickly and remove them later with minimal residue. For best results, press each panel firmly for several seconds and allow adhesives to set; avoid mounting on freshly painted or textured surfaces without testing first.

• Adhesive pads are pre-cut for easy, even placement on each panel.
• Panels are lightweight—no extra hardware is required for most surfaces.
• To remove, peel slowly and use low-heat hair dryer if adhesive resists.

Will the foam keep its shape and stay effective over time?

The panels are made from resilient, high-density acoustic foam designed to rebound after compression. If panels arrive slightly compressed from packaging, soaking briefly in water then air drying helps fibers recover within 24–48 hours; normal use will keep them functional for years indoors.

• Quick recovery method: soak, shake out excess, air dry flat.
• Store unused panels flat in a cool, dry place to avoid deformation.
• Fire-resistant and breathable material extends safe indoor lifespan.

Where should I place these panels for the biggest impact?

Start by treating early reflection points near listener and microphone positions—side walls at ear height and first reflection points on the ceiling or wall opposite speakers. Adding panels behind microphones and on back walls will further tighten room sound without needing full coverage.

• Treat first reflections: side walls, ceiling, and directly behind speakers.
• Create symmetric placement for balanced stereo imaging.
• Concentrate panels where vocal or instrument recordings happen.

Who this is for: Musicians, podcasters, streamers, voice-over artists, and small studio owners who need an affordable, no-construction solution for cleaner recordings and clearer room sound. The Focusound 52-pack is also well suited for home offices, classrooms, and rehearsal spaces where echo reduction and easier speech intelligibility matter. If you want simple, removable treatment that improves acoustics quickly—and includes plenty of adhesive for flexible layout—this kit provides the materials and surface texture necessary to make an audible difference.
