Flow Mineral Spring Water is a 12-pack of 16.9 fl oz bottles of naturally alkaline spring water (pH 8.1) rich in electrolytes, packaged using renewable materials for lower environmental impact.

Tap into a clean, crisp bottled water option sourced from family-owned artesian springs. Flow's unflavored mineral spring water is naturally alkaline and contains naturally occurring electrolytes and minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, and bicarbonate. The single-serve 16.9 fl oz bottles are practical for daily hydration, workouts, and travel, while the brand emphasizes eco-conscious packaging—recyclable components and a plant-based cap—to reduce plastic waste and carbon footprint.

What makes Flow water naturally alkaline and different from filtered bottled water?

Flow is drawn directly from artesian springs, where the water absorbs minerals that give it a naturally higher pH—measured around 8.1—rather than being altered by added minerals or chemical processing. The mineral content creates a smooth taste and supplies electrolytes without flavor additives or sweeteners.

• Source: family-owned artesian springs with natural mineral profile
• Measured pH: about 8.1 straight from the source
• Minerals present naturally: calcium, magnesium, potassium, bicarbonate
• No artificial flavors, colors, or sweeteners

How does the packaging reduce environmental impact?

Flow designs its packaging to lower environmental burden by using renewable materials and recyclable components. The bottles incorporate up to 70% renewable content in packaging materials and feature a plant-based cap, helping reduce reliance on fossil-fuel plastics.

• High-quality bottles made with renewable material content
• Plant-based caps reduce petroleum-based plastic use
• Packaging fully recyclable through standard curbside programs
• Compact 16.9 fl oz bottles minimize shipping volume and waste

When should I choose the 16.9 fl oz 12-pack format?

The 12-pack of 16.9 fl oz bottles suits people who want grab-and-go hydration at home, the office, or in a gym bag. This size balances portability and capacity—large enough to satisfy thirst after activity but small enough to carry in a backpack or car cup holder.

How is the taste and mineral profile described?

• Flavor: neutral, crisp, and refreshingly smooth
