Floradix Floravital Liquid Iron Supplement, 8.5 fl oz — Vegan, Gluten-Free with Vitamin C & B Vitamins for Gentle Absorption

Floradix Floravital is a vegan liquid iron supplement combining gentle ferrous gluconate with B vitamins and vitamin C for easier absorption and daily support.

This alcohol-free, gluten-free formula from Floradix delivers iron in a liquid base designed to be gentle on digestion while supplying B vitamins and herbal extracts. Packaged in an 8.5 fl oz bottle and produced in Germany, the product aims to be an easy-to-take option for people seeking plant-compatible, non-constipating iron support without fillers or artificial preservatives.

How does this liquid iron differ from standard iron tablets?

Liquid iron can be absorbed differently and is often better tolerated than some oral tablets that cause stomach upset or constipation. Floravital uses ferrous gluconate in a liquid suspension with vitamin C and B vitamins to promote iron uptake and reduce digestive strain.

• Ferrous gluconate provides a lower-irritation iron form per serving.
• Vitamin C included to support iron absorption.
• Liquid format avoids swallowing pills and can be dosed precisely.
• Herbal extracts help deliver a milder taste and gentler digestion.

What nutrients are included and why are they important?

Each serving of Floradix supplies ferrous gluconate iron plus a vitamin B complex and vitamin C. These cofactors assist with energy metabolism and contribute to the body’s natural ability to absorb and utilize iron for daily needs.

• Iron (ferrous gluconate) for maintaining healthy iron levels.
• Vitamin B6, B12, thiamin, and riboflavin to support energy pathways.
• Vitamin C to enhance non-heme iron absorption.
• No artificial additives, alcohol, gluten, yeast, or lactose.

How should I take Floradix Floravital and what can I expect?

The liquid can be taken directly or diluted in water or juice according to taste and comfort. Start with the recommended serving size on the bottle and adjust timing to your routine; some people prefer taking it with meals, others between meals to help absorption.

• Measure by the provided dosing cap for consistent servings.
• Consume chilled or mixed into non-dairy beverages if preferred.
• Expect a natural herbal flavor rather than a medicinal aftertaste.
• Gentle formula designed to minimize constipation compared with some tablets.
