Fisher & Paykel Healthcare Simplus Headgear Med/Lrg — Breathable Breath-o-prene Replacement with Adjustable Straps

This replacement headgear is an OEM Fisher & Paykel Healthcare accessory made from breathable Breath-o-prene material engineered for everyday comfort and long-term durability. It restores the fit and stability of a Simplus full-face or nasal mask after original straps have stretched or worn, and it ships in the manufacturer’s sealed packaging to ensure authenticity.

How does this headgear improve comfort during nightly use?

The Breath-o-prene fabric reduces heat and moisture buildup compared with solid, non-vented straps, making it more comfortable for extended wear. Soft edges and flexible panels cut down on pressure points while maintaining a firm hold on the mask frame.

• Breathable, neoprene-like material to help reduce sweating
• Wide straps to distribute pressure and minimize skin marks
• Soft, reinforced seams for a gentle contact against the face

Will this fit my mask and head size?

This listing is for the medium/large Simplus headgear and is designed to fit most adult head shapes compatible with Fisher & Paykel Simplus mask frames. It attaches to the Simplus mask via the original clip points, so it’s a direct replacement for the factory headgear.

• Size: medium/large to accommodate a wide range of adult head circumferences
• Direct-fit for Simplus mask frames and clips
• Adjustable straps for fine-tuning tension and seal

How durable and easy to maintain is this replacement headgear?

Constructed from durable Breath-o-prene, the headgear resists stretching and fraying better than cheap aftermarket straps. It’s designed for repeated daily use and simple cleaning so you can extend its service life without specialized care.

• Quality construction resists wear from frequent adjustments
• Hand-washable with mild detergent; air dry only
• Manufacturer packaging verifies authenticity and condition

How do I install and adjust the Simplus headgear?

Installation is straightforward: align the headgear clips with the mask’s attachment points and snap them into place. Use the adjustable rear and side straps to achieve a stable seal without overtightening; small adjustments during initial nights help find the ideal balance of comfort and leak control.

• Clip-style attachments for quick replacement
• Velcro or buckle adjustments on each strap for precise fit
• Guideline: tighten until secure, then loosen slightly for comfort

Who is this for? If you use a Fisher & Paykel Simplus mask and need to replace worn straps, prefer breathable materials, or require a medium/large size, this OEM headgear provides a straightforward, high-quality replacement. It’s aimed at adult users seeking an authentic Fisher & Paykel accessory that restores mask stability and improves overnight comfort without complicated setup.
