Filtrete 14x25x1 Air Filter MERV 11 (MPR 1000) — 2-Pack, 3-Month Pleated Filters for Allergens & Pet Dander

Filtrete 14x25x1 MERV 11 (MPR 1000) is a two-pack of 1-inch pleated HVAC filters built to trap a broad range of household particles while maintaining reliable airflow for 90-day use.

These Filtrete air filters use the brand’s 3-in-1 filtration design to capture large debris like lint and pollen and many smaller airborne particles such as pet dander, smoke and smog. Each filter measures an actual 13.68 x 24.68 x 0.81 inches and is rated MPR 1000 / MERV 11, giving a balance of filtration efficiency and compatibility with most furnaces, air conditioners and HVAC systems. The package includes two filters intended for up to three months of typical residential use per filter, and the Filtrete Smart App can help you set reminders to replace them on schedule.

How do these filters balance capturing particles with airflow?

The pleated design and engineered media allow the filter to trap many particles without overly restricting system airflow. MERV 11 performance targets mid-size and smaller particles while the 1-inch thickness keeps installation simple in standard return slots.

• Pleated media increases surface area for particle capture while preserving airflow.
• MPR 1000 / MERV 11 targets pet dander, smoke, smog, pollen and dust mites.
• 1-inch thickness fits most furnaces and AC return grilles without modification.
• Two filters provide up to six months of total protection if changed every 90 days.

What types of pollutants will these Filtrete filters remove?

These filters are designed to capture a wide range of airborne contaminants common in homes. They remove large particles like lint and pollen as well as many smaller particulates that aggravate allergies and collect on surfaces.

• Large particles: lint, pet hair clumps and visible household dust.
• Seasonal allergens: pollen and mold spores.
• Microparticles: pet dander, smoke and urban smog components.
• Helps reduce the amount of airborne dust that settles around the home.

How often should I replace the Filtrete 14x25x1 MERV 11 filters?

For typical residential conditions, replace each 1-inch filter at least once every 90 days. Homes with pets, smokers, high allergen loads or heavy dust may need replacement more frequently to maintain airflow and filtration performance.

• Standard recommendation: change every 90 days for average use.
• Higher particle loads: consider replacing every 30–60 days.
• Use the Filtrete Smart App to scan the barcode and set replacement reminders.
• Check physical discoloration or airflow drop as signs to replace sooner.

Will these filters work in my furnace or air conditioner?

These 1-inch pleated filters are compatible with most residential furnaces, air handlers and air conditioning return slots that accept 1-inch filters. Always confirm actual filter dimensions and airflow requirements for your HVAC equipment before purchase.

• Actual filter size: 13.68 x 24.68 x 0.81 inches — fits most 14x25x1 slots.
• Designed for use in furnaces, AC units and whole-home HVAC systems.
• Low thickness reduces the need for adapters or frame changes.
• Maintains reliable airflow when replaced on a recommended schedule.
