FibroPool Pool Vacuum Head 14.4-inch Weighted Flexible Thermoplastic — Wide 14.4" Face, Urethane Wheels for Smooth Cleaning

FibroPool's 14.4-inch weighted flexible pool vacuum head is a professional-grade manual vacuum tool that stays sealed to the floor, conforms to curves, and removes dirt and debris efficiently.

This thermoplastic vacuum head is engineered to speed up routine pool maintenance for both inground and above-ground pools. With a wide cleaning footprint and integrated weights, it maintains suction contact across uneven surfaces while urethane wheels and stainless steel bearings provide smooth, controlled movement. The universal 1.5" suction port and corrosion-resistant handle make it compatible with most existing pole and hose setups.

How does this vacuum head improve cleaning coverage?

The 14.4" x 10.5" faceplate covers a broader area per pass than narrow heads, cutting cleaning time. Its shape and flexible body keep more of the head in contact with the pool surface so you remove sediment and leaves without repeated strokes.

• Large 14.4" x 10.5" cleaning surface for fewer passes
• Flexible thermoplastic conforms to slopes and corners
• Weighted design helps sustain suction seal on uneven floors

Will this vacuum head work on different pool finishes and shapes?

The flexible thermoplastic body adapts to vinyl, tile, fiberglass and painted finishes without lifting, so it cleans tight curves and shallow shelves effectively. It’s suitable for both residential and light commercial pools where varied contours are common.

• Conforms to curves, walls, and steps for complete cleaning
• Safe on delicate surfaces thanks to smooth urethane wheels
• Performs well on inground and above-ground pools

How does the weighted design and wheel system affect performance?

Six integrated weights keep the vacuum head pressed against the surface, maintaining consistent suction and preventing air gaps that reduce pickup. Urethane wheels with stainless steel ball bearings provide steady, low-drag tracking so you can manoeuver without scuffing finishes.

• Six weights ensure continuous contact for improved suction
• Urethane wheels roll smoothly to minimize surface wear
• Stainless bearings resist corrosion and stay quiet over time

Is this compatible with my existing pole and hose setup?

The vacuum head uses a standard 1.5" suction port that fits most pool hoses and pole-adapter systems, simplifying integration into current maintenance kits. The reinforced body and chrome-plated handle resist corrosion for longer service life when paired with typical pool equipment.

• Standard 1.5" suction port fits common hoses
• Chrome-plated handle reduces rust and wear
• Reinforced thermoplastic body stands up to routine use

Who is this for: Pool owners, maintenance professionals, and facility managers who want a durable, versatile manual vacuum head that reduces cleaning time and handles a range of pool shapes and finishes. If you need a reliable, weighted vacuum head that pairs with standard hoses and poles and provides smooth maneuvering without damaging surfaces, this FibroPool model is designed for that purpose.
