FDW 24" Foldable Metal Dog Crate for Small Dogs - Black, Dual-Latch, Removable Tray

FDW's 24" foldable metal dog crate is a durable, portable black wire kennel designed to securely house small dogs at home or on the go.

This compact, collapsible crate combines heavy-gauge wire construction with an epoxy coating, two locking doors and a leak-proof ABS tray, giving you a rugged pet enclosure that’s simple to set up, easy to clean and convenient to transport. Built for training, travel and everyday containment, the crate folds flat with a removable handle so it fits in cars, closets or under furniture when not in use.

How sturdy is the FDW crate for an active small dog?

The crate uses high tensile-strength wire with an epoxy finish that resists rust and fading, giving it more longevity than untreated metal. Dual-latch doors and reinforced corners keep the structure rigid while still allowing visibility and airflow for your pet.

• High tensile-strength wire gauge for reliable durability
• Epoxy-coated finish protects against corrosion and wear
• Dual-latch heavy-duty locks on front and side doors
• Reinforced frame maintains shape under normal use

Is the crate easy to assemble and move?

No tools are required — the crate deploys and folds down in minutes, making it practical for apartments, vet visits and travel. A removable carrying handle can be mounted on any side for comfortable transport, and the folded profile stores in tight spaces.

• Tool-free setup and collapse in a few minutes
• Folds flat to under 3 inches thick for compact storage
• Removable, repositionable carrying handle for portability
• Lightweight design suitable for one-person handling

How do I keep the crate clean and odor-free?

The crate includes a durable, leak-proof ABS composite tray that resists staining, warping and odor retention. The tray’s raised lip helps contain spills and makes it fast to remove, wash and replace without disturbing the frame.

• ABS composite bottom pan resists stains and corrosion
• Integrated perimeter lip contains messes for easier cleanup
• Tray slides out for quick washing and drying
• Non-porous materials limit odor absorption over time

Can the crate accommodate training or multiple small pets?

Yes — the crate supports training routines and can be adapted with the included divider, allowing you to split the interior for two small pets or adjust the usable space as your puppy grows. The two-door layout makes access and placement flexible in different rooms or vehicles.

• Includes a removable divider to create two spaces
• Two large doors (front and side) for easy entry and access
• Dual latches provide secure closure during training sessions
• Interior size suitable for most small breeds and puppies
