FastRack 1-Gallon Clear Glass Water Jug with 38mm Polyseal Cap, Handle & Non-Slip Base

FastRack's 1-gallon clear glass jug with a 38mm polyseal cap is a durable, reusable container for storing and dispensing liquids across the kitchen, laundry room, and brewing projects.

This roomy 128 oz glass jug combines a wide-mouth 38 mm polyseal (metal-seal) cap and a built-in handle for easy pouring and secure long-term storage. Made from lead-free glass and finished with a non-slip base, the container keeps liquids visible and accessible while minimizing contact with plastic. It’s a practical, sustainable swap for single-use bottles and a versatile vessel for household and culinary needs.

How does this jug perform for everyday beverages and kitchen storage?

The clear glass body allows quick visual checks of volume and clarity, so you can monitor juice, cold brew, syrups, or infused oils at a glance. The 38 mm polyseal cap locks in freshness and reduces leaks during storage. A sturdy handle and wide opening make refilling and pouring straightforward.

• 128 oz capacity holds large batches or multi-day servings
• Wide 38 mm mouth fits funnels and makes cleaning simpler
• Clear glass shows levels and contents without opening
• Handle provides secure grip for pouring and transport

Can this bottle be used for fermenting, brewing, or cleaning solutions?

Its transparent design and robust glass construction suit light-duty fermenting and small-batch brewing where visibility is useful. The polyseal cap helps keep contaminants out, and the non-porous glass won’t absorb flavors or odors, making it easy to transition between uses. For active fermentation that produces pressure, an appropriate airlock should be used instead of a sealed cap.

• Works well for cold brews, simple ferments, and infusions
• Glass resists staining and odor retention between uses
• Use an airlock when pressure is expected during fermentation
• Cap provides a tight seal for stored cleaning or brewing liquids

Is this jug a sustainable alternative to plastic containers?

Yes. The jug is built from reusable, lead-free glass intended for repeated cycles of use, which reduces single-use plastic waste. Its durability and simple design allow you to wash and repurpose it many times, cutting down on disposables and supporting more eco-conscious household routines.

• Lead-free, reusable glass lowers plastic consumption
• Easy to clean for repeated reuse in different roles
• Durable base reduces the chance of slips and spills
• Clear finish avoids need for labels to identify contents

How do I clean and care for the FastRack 1-gallon glass jug?

Handwashing with warm, soapy water and a bottle brush is recommended to reach the bottom and around the handle. The polyseal cap should be rinsed and dried separately to preserve its sealing properties. Avoid extreme temperature swings and drop impacts to maintain glass integrity.

• Hand wash with a long-handled brush for best results
• Rinse and air-dry the polyseal cap separately
• Do not expose to sudden thermal shock (very hot to very cold)
• Store upright on a stable surface to protect the base

Who is this for: The FastRack 1-gallon clear glass jug is ideal for home cooks, small-batch brewers, eco-conscious households, and anyone who needs a large, visible container for beverages, oils, cleaning liquids, or laundry detergent. It suits people who prefer glass over plastic, want an easy-to-pour handled bottle, and value a tight-sealing cap for safe long-term storage.
