ExpertPower 12V 7Ah SLA Rechargeable Battery EXP1270 — F1 Terminals, Sealed Maintenance-Free

This compact, maintenance‑free sealed lead acid (SLA) battery delivers steady 12‑volt output and is built for repeated charge/discharge cycles. Housed in a rugged ABS case with a spill‑proof design, the EXP1270 replaces common 1270‑series batteries and fits devices needing a compact, reliable 12V 7Ah power source. It’s engineered for broad compatibility, simple installation, and durable operation under vibration or moderate environmental stress.

How will this battery fit into my alarm or security system?

The EXP1270 is sized and rated to replace OEM 12V 7Ah backup batteries used in most home and small business alarm control panels. It provides consistent voltage to keep sensors and communication modules operational during power interruptions.

• Direct replacement for 1270, UB1270, RT1270, CA1270 and similar packs
• Standard F1 terminals for quick swap‑in without adapters
• Dimensions: 5.94" x 2.56" x 3.70" (height with terminals 3.94") to fit common battery trays

Can I use the EXP1270 for mobility devices and ride‑on toys?

Yes — its 7Ah capacity and sealed construction make it suitable for electric scooters, power wheels, and other small mobility devices that demand reliable short‑run power. The battery’s leak‑proof design protects the device electronics and simplifies mounting.

• High‑density plates offer improved cycle life for repetitive use
• Spill‑proof SLA chemistry reduces maintenance and handling risks
• Compact footprint fits into common battery compartments of kids’ ride‑on cars and scooters

What about use in UPS, emergency lighting, or solar applications?

The EXP1270 works well as a reserve or auxiliary battery for small UPS units, emergency exit signs, lighting backups, and low‑power off‑grid setups. Its consistent 12V output ensures predictable performance for emergency circuits and standby systems.

• Designed for standby and cyclic use depending on charger and load
• Short circuit current rating of 350A indicates robust internal design for transient loads
• Compatible with common 12V chargers and charge controllers when configured per device specs

How easy is installation and maintenance?

Installation is straightforward: connect the F1 terminal leads, secure the battery in the tray, and you’re done. Because it’s sealed and maintenance‑free, there’s no electrolyte topping or periodic servicing required for typical use.

• Standard F1 terminals eliminate specialized tools
• Maintenance‑free SLA means no watering or acid handling
• Rugged ABS case resists vibration and physical impact during normal operation

Who is this for? The ExpertPower EXP1270 is for homeowners and small business owners maintaining alarm and UPS systems, parents or hobbyists replacing ride‑on and scooter batteries, technicians needing a compact standby battery, and DIY solar or emergency lighting installers seeking a dependable, sealed 12V 7Ah option. It’s a practical choice whenever a spill‑proof, easy‑to‑install 12V battery with F1 terminals and proven SLA reliability is required.
