EWO'S Voice Magic Remote for LG WebOS TVs — Replacement for AN-MR20GA/AN-MR19BA with Pointer & Voice

The EWO'S Voice Magic Remote is a full-featured replacement remote for compatible LG WebOS OLED, QNED and NanoCell TVs that combines pointer navigation, wheel/OK control and voice assistant support for effortless TV control.

If your original LG magic remote stopped working or you want a spare with the same familiar layout, this EWO'S model offers the essential controls and pairing behaviors to restore pointer-based navigation, quick-access shortcut keys and voice commands. It is designed to substitute common LG part numbers (AN-MR18BA, AN-MR19BA, AN-MR20GA and similar) and to work with a broad set of OLED, NanoCell and 4K/8K WebOS TV series.

Will this remote pair with my LG WebOS TV?

Yes — the EWO'S Voice Magic Remote pairs using the same wheel (OK) registration process that most LG magic remotes use. Power the TV, insert batteries in the remote, point it at the display and press the Wheel (OK) button to initiate pairing. If the pointer does not appear, use the GUIDE hold procedure to re-register the motion sensor.

• Steps: insert 1.5V AA batteries, turn on TV, point remote, press Wheel (OK).
• If pointer fails: press-and-hold GUIDE >5 seconds to reset/re-register.
• First-time use or cross-TV use requires the pairing sequence each time.

Which LG models and original part numbers does it replace?

This remote is built to be compatible with many LG OLED, QNED and NanoCell WebOS models across both 4K and 8K lines. It lists series names commonly used by LG and replaces several widely used AN-MR and MR model numbers, making it a practical replacement for households with compatible sets.

• Compatible series examples: ZX, WX, GX, CX, BX, W9, E9, C9, B9 and NanoCell NANO90–NANO99 series.
• Replacement for: AN-MR18BA, AN-MR19BA, AN-MR20GA, AN-MR21GA, MR22GN/GA, MR23GN/GA, MR24GN.
• Not compatible with AKB75095307, AN-MR500 or AKB73615306 models.

How does the pointer, wheel control and voice work in daily use?

The motion pointer behaves like a computer mouse, letting you aim at on-screen menus and apps for fast selection while the central wheel (OK) delivers tactile navigation and confirmation. Voice recognition works through WebOS with Google Assistant or Alexa support where the TV and home network provide the backend. Make sure the TV is connected to the internet before using voice commands.

• Pointer: aim the remote to move the on-screen cursor for quick item selection.
• Wheel (OK): rotate and press for channel/app navigation and confirmations.
• Voice: requires TV network connection; supports Google Assistant/Alexa via WebOS.

What comes in the box and what should I prepare?

The package contains the EWO'S remote and a user manual so you can complete the simple pairing and usage steps. The remote requires two 1.5V AA batteries, which are not included, and the pairing must be performed the first time you use it or when switching TVs.

• Included: 1 remote control, 1 manual (batteries not included).
• Required: two AA 1.5V batteries for operation.
• Tip: keep your TV powered and on during initial pairing for best results.

Who is this for: The EWO'S Voice Magic Remote is aimed at LG WebOS TV owners who need a reliable replacement for lost or damaged remotes, people who prefer pointer-and-wheel navigation over standard remotes, and households that want voice assistant access without buying an original OEM unit. It suits owners of compatible OLED, NanoCell and QNED sets who want familiar controls and quick setup without advanced customization or unused proprietary features.
