eTradewinds stainless steel digital kitchen timer eT-23 — 80dB alarm, large display, magnetic mount

eTradewinds eT-23 is a stainless-steel digital kitchen timer with a bright large display, an 80dB+ audible alarm, powerful neodymium magnet, and auto-memory for repeat timing tasks.

Compact, rugged, and designed for everyday kitchen and task use, the eT-23 pairs a clean stainless finish with user-focused features like a fold-out kickstand, lanyard attachment, and an anti-scratch foam pad for secure fridge mounting. Controls are simplified for fast operation, and the unit stores your last countdown so repeated activities — like soft-boiled eggs or interval workouts — become one-touch routines. Built by eTradewinds, it ships with a AAA battery and includes a U.S.-based replacement promise against component failure.

How do I set and operate the eT-23 quickly?

Setting the timer is intentionally straightforward to reduce fumbling when you’re busy. Two-button reset, press-and-hold acceleration for minutes or seconds, and simple start/stop controls let you launch timing in seconds. The device also pauses and resumes so you can adjust mid-count without starting over.

• Reset to 00:00 by pressing two left buttons simultaneously.
• Hold Min or Sec to fast-forward numbers for rapid entry.
• Pause and restart to count up or down incrementally.
• Auto-Memory retains the previous setting until changed.

Will I hear the alarm across the house?

The eT-23 delivers a clear, mellow alarm over 80 decibels that lasts up to 62 seconds, designed to be audible in adjacent rooms. If you prefer, the alert can be silenced manually after it begins. The tone avoids button-beep feedback so only the final alarm calls attention when time is up.

• Loud 80dB+ beep for good audibility.
• Alarm duration: up to 62 seconds, with manual shut-off available.
• No button press beeps—only the end-of-timer alert sounds.
• Large LCD readable from across a typical kitchen.

How does the eT-23 stay put on appliances and counters?

Mounting is engineered for stability: a powerful neodymium magnet pairs with anti-scratch foam to prevent slippage or surface damage. Four anti-wobble anchor points stop the unit from pivoting when you press buttons, and an adjustable kickstand gives a secure countertop angle when not magnetically mounted.

• Strong neodymium magnet for reliable fridge or range-hood mounting.
• Anti-scratch foam protects appliance finishes.
• Four stabilizing corners reduce wobble during use.
• Fold-out kickstand with adjustable viewing angle.

What power and durability features does this timer include?

The eT-23 runs on a single AAA battery (included) and conserves power with an automatic shut-off when idle for three minutes. The case is built for everyday handling and the company supports U.S. customers with replacement for component failures (battery excluded), simplifying long-term ownership.

• Includes one AAA battery and power-saving auto shut-off.
• Durable stainless finish and compact construction for daily use.
• New lanyard attachment for wearing on a neck, belt, or wrist.
• U.S.-based replacement support for component failures.

Who is this for? The eT-23 is ideal for home cooks, busy households, caregivers, teachers, therapists, and anyone needing a loud, reliable countdown or stopwatch. It works well as a kitchen egg timer, study or classroom timer, exercise interval timer, or second oven alert — especially when you want a visible, audible, and secure timing solution that remembers your favorite settings.
