eqivei Kitchen Rugs 2-Piece Non-Slip Washable Mats - Black, Cushioned & Waterproof (17.3x47 + 17.3x29)

These are two black eqivei kitchen rugs with non-slip rubber backing and absorbent woven tops that protect floors and add cushioned comfort while you cook.

Keep your kitchen tidy and comfortable with a two-piece set sized for common work zones: one mat fits beneath the sink or stove and the smaller one suits prep areas or in front of cabinets. The woven fiber surface captures spills and the waterproof rubber backing locks the mat in place to help prevent slips and protect your flooring from moisture and stains. Designed for daily kitchen life, these rugs are machine washable, quick to maintain and styled in a classic shade that blends into many kitchen decors.

How do these rugs stay in place on tile or hardwood?

The eqivei mats use a textured waterproof rubber backing that grips smooth surfaces to reduce shifting underfoot. That backing also acts as a moisture barrier to stop liquids soaking through to the floor.

• Non-skid rubber base increases traction on tile, marble, vinyl and hardwood.
• Waterproof layer prevents leaks and protects flooring from spills.
• Firm grip minimizes curling or bunching during normal kitchen use.

Are these kitchen rugs easy to clean and maintain?

Yes — the woven fiber tops are machine washable on a gentle cycle to remove grease, crumbs and stains. To preserve the rubber backing, air dry the mats flat after washing; for daily care, a quick vacuum or robot vacuum keeps them fresh.

• Machine washable on a gentle cycle for deep cleaning.
• Air-dry flat to protect the rubber backing and shape.
• Vacuum-friendly for fast upkeep between washes.

Will these mats provide comfort while standing for long periods?

The tightly woven fiber top combined with a cushioned backing provides extra underfoot support to ease pressure during cooking or dishwashing. They won’t replace specialty anti-fatigue mats, but they noticeably soften hard tile or hardwood floors.

• Cushioned feel reduces fatigue when standing at the sink or stove.
• Dense fiber weave distributes weight evenly for comfort.
• Suitable for everyday kitchen tasks and light standing work.

What sizes are included and where can I use them?

The set contains two different sizes to cover multiple kitchen zones and high-traffic areas. One larger mat fits beneath main workstations and the smaller mat is ideal for sinks, entryways or adjacent hallways.

• Includes 17.3 x 47 inches and 17.3 x 29 inches mats to suit varied spaces.
• Great for use in front of sinks, stoves, islands, entries and hallways.
• Classic black color pairs with many kitchen styles and seasonal decor.

Who is this for: The eqivei 2-piece kitchen rug set is a practical choice for families, apartment dwellers and anyone who spends time standing while cooking or cleaning and wants easy-care protection for tile, hardwood or vinyl floors. It’s also a sensible, neutral gift option for new homeowners, renters or as a holiday housewarming present when durable, low-maintenance floor protection is appreciated.
